This place is pure peace. The ambience soothes your soul. I love the hot yoga because I sweat buckets but the movement is gentle, it grounds me; it prepares me start my day with love and peace. As for the wonderful coaches (seriously, like for real) amazing coaches guide you through a challenging yet l harmonious practice. I absolutely love how Carissa & Chelsey end with a poetic message. Carissa shared a message about "letting go". It spoke about the gift of loving what's in your life, and when it's time to release it, being grateful you were blessed to experience something so beautiful in the first place. I've been attending Riise for about 4 months now and have been welcomed into their yoga community from day one. The staff and instructors are welcoming and make every class accessible. There are classes for everyone from hot sculpt, recovery, hit classes, to different yoga styles that vary based on instructor; yin, vinyasa, and beginner flows. The community is kind and encouraging and each instructor has their own style. Love this place! read more

Today was my 4th time this month. The classes get booked pretty quickly and for good reason. I just love the feeling that hot yoga leaves me--energized and detoxified. The guided instruction is really what keeps me coming back. They provide modifications and encourage the class to push themselves as they feel comfortable. Haven't attended yoga in a long time and have only been to one other location. But I was extremely impressed with this studio. I love that they offer space for the guests to store their belongings during a session. The room was comfortable and clean they offer clean filtered water in a fountain or one to buy if needed. They also have socks if you seem to have forgotten them! I'm impressed. Very much like the studio unfortunately I live on the other side of town. I signed up for the 30 for $30 deal in late February and had an amazing experience the entire month at RIISE! I took three different types of classes and really loved the yin class with Stephanie. It was an amazing way to start my week. I think it's fantastic that we have such a cool studio on the east side and I plan on returning. My only wish is that they offered some non-heated classes for those of us who are sensitive to heat. The cool towel with essential oils at the end of class is what I worked for every single time! It gave the entire experience as spa-like feel. read more

That is extremely unprofessional and I am confused... Trying to silence a customers experience is crazy & Because of that, I'm sharing my experience here READ BELOW Hi riise studio / Manager. I wanted to bring something to your attention from a recent class with Gabrielle Prica on April 4 at 7:30 PM. At the end of the session, Gabrielle was placing cold towels on students' foreheads, which I understand is meant to be relaxing. However, when she got to me, she applied significant pressure to both of my temples, pressing hard enough that it felt sharp and painful in the moment. I also want to note that I did not give consent to be touched in this way. My understanding is that in yoga settings, instructors are expected to ask for explicit consent before any physical contact, which did not happen here. Immediately after, my vision was blurry for approximately 10 minutes and I experienced dizziness. Since then, I've been experiencing ongoing soreness and a mild throbbing headache on the right side, I am currently taking ibuprofen to manage the pain and the area is still tender to the touch. I'm concerned because the temples are a highly sensitive area with important nerves and blood vessels, and applying that kind of force--especially without consent--is not appropriate and raises concerns about instructor training and safety standards. What was likely intended as a calming gesture ended up being uncomfortable and concerning from a safety standpoint. I would also like to speak directly with a manager regarding this matter to ensure it is properly reviewed and addressed. Excellent studio with large spaces and great hygiene. The sauna is top quality, with perfect temperature control and no noticeable humidity in the air. It's equally challenging for both men and women, with great class times designed for light, medium, and intense workouts.
