At the end of the practice, I felt good, like I achieved something with knowledgeable staff. But the thing I liked most, at the end of the practice, while winding down with the shavasana, the instructor used a Tibetan Singing Bowl and WOW, after she rang it the energy from frequency resonated through my spirit. I was happy to see a small class, only 4 of us, a small peaceful studio and friendly instructor (it was her first day too, and she did great!) The class was adaptable for different levels and great to get back into yoga, but if you're an absolute beginner, I'd do a beginner's class first. I just found out that the lady was *Ashley A* the Yoga Instructors girlfriend. Not a very good look for both the company and the instructor. On multiple occasions her gf which i now know who she was, would have a sour tone/attitude whenever I would be the last one to leave. *P.S* I AM always the last one to arrive and to leave. I like to take my time and never rush, especially after a yoga sesh when i feel so relaxed. And the other yoga instructors can confirm this about me. And on this day I wasn't the last one, there was about 5 members there that left bamboozled and shocked at the disrespect that they had witnessed. Besides that, Lisa, Natalie, Maricel are All VERY GOOD instructors. And I am thankful to have learned from them. I can say the same about Ashley, but that incident and her not being a professional and letting a member of Urbancore get blatantly disrespected is a very bad look. Keep your personal life situations outside of the workplace !!!
