    After driving to Visalia to visit family I decided I needed to stretch and relax my muscles a bit. The front area of the studio is a small boutique with lovely items like: clothing, soaps, jewelry, candles,etc. I took the Restorative Zen with Jen class with a drop in rate of $15. She was very good at guiding the small class through poses and setting a tone that was peaceful and calm. She did adjustments that helped me get deeper into some moves. I left feeling more composed and loosened up than when I had arrived. Two things that made it a bit of a challenge to totally be immersed in the class were: 1- The chime for the front door went off each time it opened and closed which seemed hard to do because many clients had to slam the door shut. 2. I could hear the instructor from the class next door which was a distraction. Overall, I will be back whenever I am in town because we all can use some tranquility in our lives.

    (Be warned if you don't cancel within 5 hours of class your payment is taken and you won't get it back.) Christine is self absorbed business women. Their are great teachers their in the studio so I'm not giving this review to all the teachers. If you are a community leader and teacher if you have not payed for Christine's 200 yoga teacher training class your teachings of self evolution are valueless to her. Tread carefully is like being in high school with the preps.

    Great yogis! Very welcoming for all levels and offer variety of classes, including "warm" yoga if hot is too much.

    Nice vibe, peaceful, great teachers. I've been to different classes here-hot yoga, warm yoga, vinyasa, full moon. They are all wonderful

    The Pilates class was fun and upbeat. The instructor was very knowledgeable and made sure to focus on form to prevent injury.

    I love this studio! I am more of a beginner Yogi and hardly get to practice. But I always feel comfortable when I do attend a class.

When I say that you also need to know it's for ALL levels. The class teachers are AMAZING. I go to the 5:00 AM's and despite the early…read morehour, their staff never fails to bring the energy and encouragement I need to kickstart my morning. It took a little getting used to their format, but now that I have been going for a while I cannot imagine going anywhere else! They offer a variety of classes including Pilates, hiit, circuit and strength and I have taken all of them. Strength is one of my favorites, however I sometimes need to go to the evening classes instead because their schedule does not always align with my work schedule. I do like the fact that every day is different though. For example, 5 AM Mon-Fri might read as follows: Circuit, HIIT, HIIT, Circuit, Strength. Every day features a different muscle group focus in order to help you reach your own personal goals. I have a wrist injury that limits some of my movements and the coaches are always helpful when it comes to determining an alternative for me. They actually take the time to explain all of their exercises for the day before the class begins so you know what you are doing; and will also stop and help you correct your form if needed, which is nice if you are new and not 100% confident about starting at the gym. The dark lighting is another great plus lol, and I also especially enjoy Coach Amanda's playlist! In addition to this, they also do "challenges" a couple of times a year where you work both individually and on a team with an assigned coach to meet a goal you set for yourself. This can be anything from losing a certain body fat percentage, to being able to do 5 unassisted pull-ups. During this challenge, you design a meal plan, share recipes, hold yourself and your teammates accountable and strive to meet your goals together. At the end, there is a type of Olympic Games where everyone competes together and awards are given. I have done it twice now with different goals both times. Once was to lose body fat % and the most recent, with the goal to gain muscle. I can't thank Coach Alena enough for helping me understand how important nutrition is and for teaching me that there are other ways to lose weight other than just cutting out calories. Not only was her advice easy to follow, but the recipes actually taste good too! Whether you are looking for a fun, new and challenging environment to push yourself to the next level, or are like me and just wanted to start living a healthier lifestyle and not exactly sure where to start then quadrant fitness is the place for you! Do yourself a favor and try your first week for free-you won't regret it! I love my #QuadSquad!

    Great experience with Amanda and team. I did a couple of private sessions to get started…read more Comfortable environment and equipment and good instruction. Be ready to stretch a bit and remember to breathe! I've also enjoyed several of the guests who've taught complementing sessions on breath and sound therapy.
