Wow! 10/10 would recommend... I was a complete novice to Pilates when I joined the studio. Each coach has done a phenomenal job at explaining the movements and ensuring that my forum is not only correct but that I am actually engaging the intended muscle groups. This attention to detail has made it so I leave each class feeling the perfect amount of exhausted. I always feel like my muscles have had a good burn but I'm never too sore to not go back the next day for more! The studio itself is gorgeous, an absolute little gem for Hanford. I was hesitant at first to sign up for the monthly membership, but after almost a year of going, I can without a doubt say it has been 100% worth it!! read more

For levels the instructors skillfully guided us through each exercise, ensuring everyone felt included and comfortable, regardless of their experience level. Burn Pilates opened only a few months ago in Visalia, and when I heard about it, I immediately was interested in trying it out! I was new to reformer pilates, and the instructors were very welcoming and supportive. The studio is very clean and open, and it looks very nice inside. Burn Pilates is an amazing reformer Pilates studio located in two locations. One in Hanford and Visalia. They have a variety of instructors with a wealth of knowledge. I have multiple past injuries and they always assist with how to best modify moves so that you are still able to get a great workout within your body's limits. I started 5 months ago and my body has totally transformed. I 100% recommend Burn studio. read more

I go to the Visalia location. It was my first time trying Pilates & I am obsessed! The membership deals are great & I was able to find something that worked for me as a University student.
