How has no one reviewed this literal haven of yoga bliss? I almost feel guilty for being the first to review considering my yoga level is definitely beginner... however maybe my review will encourage other beginners such as myself to join a class. First and foremost the space: beautiful, top tier. The vibes are very much Amangiri I took the Let It Flow All Levels class. There were definitely all levels in the class (I know because I was looking around to compare my form, hehe). The space was heated but they use infrared so the heat itself actually feels different than the old heaters the previous yoga studio at this location used. The heat was super pleasant and comfortably strong. They have a lot of info on the heat source they use on their website and I def suggest checking it out. I definitely got a workout and left the class feeling better than I have in sometime. My instructors name was Ali. She was wonderful, her voice soothing and form inspiring. Everyone was super nice so don't be shy and join a class. read more

The space is beautiful and a warm place to land at the end of the day or the best way to start it. Every instructor speaks to the soul with intention bringing your whole body deep peace. I have done most of the heated classes sometimes 2 in one day if possible. Call me crazy but I just can't get enough. The studio is beautiful and clean. There are two separate rooms, one which is mainly used for heated classes and one for non-heated classes. They offer plenty of class times and a variety of classes including, yoga, barre, piyo, TRX, and hiit classes. I personally love the variety of classes offered and the instructors. Still a 5+ star experience every time I visit--and I'm there a lot! I have been pretty frustrated with my body this past year, autoimmune and perimenopause issues making my favorite activities more difficult. I could easily feel ashamed (and embarrassed!), but the teachers are extremely supportive and kind. During a particularly tough session, I had to step out to avoid fainting, and one of the pros attending the class also came out... maybe she was genuinely struggling, but I felt so much better when we commiserated over hot flashes. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about hot yoga in the hot Bako summer but honestly, I think I might now be addicted. There are worse things than feeling release after an intense, focused, steamy workout, right? I leave feeling relaxed and accomplished, having left work stress behind and challenged my body. There is a community vibe, friendly instructors and shout out to Colby, who has my back when I'm running behind. There are lots of different classes and activities, a variety of shapes, ages, cultures, levels, and both women and men. Nice facility but not sure how your supposed to leave all your worries at the door and open your chakras if it's so hot your worried about passing out, I'd go to an intense gym class for that. Only 2 non heated classes on weekdays so gonna look for a facility I can actually focus on the yoga not the hot air spewing out the vent. read more
