I do not recommend this gym…read more Professionalism: The trainer I had was named Alex. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even hostile at times towards me without clear reason. I did nothing to provoke him except show up to the sessions that I paid for. To this day, it's still confusing and alarming. Sessions: Alex did not show up to two sessions and left in his vehicle while I was still exercising for one of them. I was always sore after workouts, but it helped to have a trainer who was actually present and showing up to sessions. Waste of time and money if they aren't there. Cleanliness: The bathrooms in this gym are extremely filthy. Every time I went, the toilets and the sink were not working. I told Alex about it and he didn't want to hear it. He brushed me off and told me he was aware of the issue, yet it was never resolved. The bathrooms are worthy of an OSHA complaint or a health department complaint. I considered completing one, but chose to get my refund and get out of there as fast as I could. Extra detail: I am a woman and Alex intimidated me in front of people. Knowing that he is a man, and I was on a contract made this situation unbearable. It made me feel like I couldn't defend myself without potentially losing my hard earned money. This kind of power imbalance is not OK. If you are a woman, please consider a different trainer who will not intimidate or try to humiliate you simply because he can.

What other gym can you say that about. They have everything you need for a total body workout whether it's free weights, cardio, or functional (kettlebells, battle ropes, box jumps, tractor tire, etc). It is a little small and they don't have every single machine that's out on the market, but they have everything you need and plenty more.

Kat provides an inviting atmosphere and a community of individuals who support one another in their fitness journey. Kat takes the time to really connect with her clients and listens. Kat is with us every step of the way and makes the journey so much more fulfilling. We all have our bad days where we feel discouraged and want to give up, but kat is our number one cheerleader and waits for us at the finish line. Although I completed the 8 week challenge, this is only the beginning and am looking forward to continuing my journey with kat and awesome fitness !

The group classes are by far my favorite! They have CrossFit, BurnBarbell, Burn40, BurnCon and a wild card on Saturday mornings! The top tier class for me is BurnCon because it consist of 4 - 6 minute station and between each station you take off for a good run. It's the cardio with weights, the amazing trainers, the community, music and lighting that really push me to do my best and make me feel unstoppable! I love the area we get to work out on, I'm still learning all coaches and the times they are open are perfect. They let you be you as long as you are there to handle business! If you are in the market for change or something new or a change, this is an great place. True, I don't have nothing else to compare it to per say, but all other places haven't attracted me like this one. They seem to be there just to be friends and hang out like a bunch of high school students. This gym is brand new, maybe a year to a year and a half old at most. The bathrooms are always dirty. I don't know when the staff actually cleans them, but it seems like they never do. I typically go in the morning, and they're dirty. Lately, I've started going in the afternoon, and it's the same issue: dirty bathrooms. Someone left their Crocs on the locker room floor, and they were there for about five days before someone actually picked them up. There is usually trash and dirty shirts left on the locker room floor for days before they are ever picked up. Then there are the elliptical machines. I believe there are about eight of them, and five are currently broken, starting from left to right. Three have out-of-order signs on them, and the other two do not, but the right-side pedals don't work properly. Yet nothing seems to be getting done about it. For a gym that is practically brand new, it shouldn't already be in this condition.

In one class, I realized I hadn't been boxing but only learning simple boxing moves for conditioning. This workout is legit.
