I requested the owner find me a reliable car the I could flat tow. He found one at auction and convinced me it was a good vehicle with low mileage. He agreed to get it ready for me to tow by installing the tow package and a braking system. I bought the vehicle on his word. Two months later he advised me that the car had collision damage but he would get that fixed. The owner of this establishment is nothing but a liar and con man. He never notified me at any time that the vehicle had MAJOR damage to the frame, sub frame, etc. He sent it to On Point Collision to do the cosmetic work, (which was sub standard and sloppy), did not install the components he was supposed to but would not take any responsibility for anything. Hired early in January 2024 drove car to them, towed car to a different mechanic in March only to find out that they had ruined our car! Paid over 2,500.00 in parts my partner kept having to order parts for them because apparently they were unable to get the parts for them selves. We ended up paying for 2 turbos but of course they didn't reimburse us for the one. The owner kept putting us off with excuses blaming his mechanic, having to move and finally even blaming the car. Never taking responsibility for his own actions or his own business, as an owner and operator it's your responsibility for everything that takes place in your business. Rigo is the MAN! He came through when I was in a spot and kept me on the road. I am a mobile sales person and when my transmission went out @ 6PM in Yuma I was stuck 150 miles away from my home. I called Rigo and he answered right away and came into his shop. He was spending evening time w/ his family but still made it in ASAP. I wouldn't let him work on a Hot Wheel that got smashed in the driveway with a hammer. I wanted to fire him. First I got hurt. I could of done this myself if I wasn't hurt. This guy could care less about my situation. It was all about him. In fact because he wasn't getting tons of money...he treated me like crap. Talked down to me. Barely helped. And overcharged me. All I needed was a single bolt that he said cost 20 bucks to be replaced to hold up my brake caliper. He told me my 60 bucks to have him come out to look would go towards the price. Which was BS. He just increased the price. And tacked on an extra 20 bucks. He blew my off for 3 days after literally I paid him 60 bucks. For 5 minutes of work. No shit ...I then had to hope I didn't waste my money. Because he would tell me what's happening and push me around. As if I owe him or work for him. I wanted to fire him. But I already spent 60 bucks. Which for 5 minutes of work. And even a 20 dollar part. I expected that too tie care of it all. He finally came out. Charged me 40 for his work...again 5 minute. At most combined I'll give him 20 minutes. The 60 didn't go into the final price or the parts. He just raised it. I wish I fired him. Instead of gave him more money. Really bad service..Sent me a guy from El Centro to check out my electrical problem. Guy broke my relay and ripped out the cover tape of my wiring harness. Wires are everywhere under the hood. Guy disconnected everything that had some connection to the engine and I mean EVERYTHING. Ran some test came to a conclusion it was either a Fuel pump or O2 Sensor gone bad. He just guessed tho pretty sure he just wanted to leave because it was hot.. he even told me he would go under the car to check if it was the O2 but "it was too hot"... he ended up charging me $80 bucks !! Left everything disconnected and broken! Because the battery died from all his testings!! I had told Rigo but he had no control over anything even tho it's his company! Told me to text the guy but wtf it's his company. If he wanted me to check the car out again it would be $140 bucks because he lives in El centrol.. complete bullshit man.. shady business or just really poor mechanics just in it for the money.. read more
