I was then given a price of $108.99 I then decided to purchase the oil change for $108.99 I was directed to pull into the service bay and the oil was drained from my car. When that was done, the individual who advised the price came to me and said "You know your jeep takes 7.5 quarts of oil?" I advised that I did not know that. I was then told that the price I was given was based on 5 quarts of oil and that the new price was now $170.00 due to my jeep needing 7.5 quarts. I advised that I would not pay $170.00 I was then offered an oil change with lesser grade of oil for $106.99 only to find out that this was the price for 5 quarts and the true price would be $139.45 with no oil in my car I had no choice but to purchase the 139.45 oil change. I feel like a con man's mark after this experience. That service worker knew my vehicle took 7.5 quarts when he gave me the price for 5 quarts. Classic bait and switch. The true price should be known up front period full stop. There is nothing up front about Take 5.

My car is wobbling and feeling like the bolts are about to come off, they used the cheapest Duralast after market cv axle they could get , which I don't even believe they put a new part on my car. I went it with a problem and came out with an even worse problem. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They told me there was nothing they could do as I was the one who requested the part. I asked if they detected anything else wrong with the car they said no that it was in fact the cv axle. I believe they did a hack job, and it had never even been fixed. BAD BUSINESS DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!!!

I had to buy two new batteries, purchased break fluid as there was none in the reserves, radiator fluid was extremely low, steering fluid had to be tapped off, air was added to tires as the were below 90 psi. The invoice did not show that fluids had been checked, so I questioned Derek and was told they don't do it. So, I was to believe that it was done until I got down the road and all hell broke lose. You folks put me in a unsafe and costly position and I will not recommend your service to anyone ever again.

The line to the car wash made it difficult to get into. You have to wait in line for the car wash to get around the building. Was we finally made the turn we had five guys giving us the oil change and ten minutes later it was done. Quick service and we got a free car wash. The car wash meant we had to circle around again to get back in line. Oh well, it was free. The wash was good for what we needed and a couple of guys at the end wiped the water off the windows. We had no complaint about the service even though the lines were a little awkward.

On one occasion, the service tech used a pride device and broke my air cleaner cover, and the air cleaner housing fastening point. the guy did it right in front of me and the manager. The manager didn't offer to make it right or to replace the part. I still go there, but I no longer hold this business and high regard.

When I pulled in around 11:20, I was immediately directed to wait behind one of the bays (all were currently occupied) so it was nice to know which one to go to. The staff was quick and I was not pressured to get any additional maintenance or products or air filters...etc (you know how these place can be, ha!... but not here!). Before I knew it my oil change was complete and I was driving off 25 minutes after I arrived (my oil change took probably 15 minutes). I was given a new reminder sticker and again No thank you, No sorry for the wait, No apology for the error, Nothing was spoken at ALL! If things are that bad, you all need to find yourselves new employment. This note is ALL about the ATTITUDES of the male employees, there was one female that seemed to be in charge (sort of) that was very nice and on the ball.
