I was a walk-in for a full synthetic oil change. I would classify them as quite busy. All in all it was about 3hours. I was told my vehicle was ready and approached the cashier counter to pay, A guy took my credit card for payment, asked my name, his way to retrieve the invoice. He didn't say thank you, didn't tell me where my vehicle was parked (this being my first visit, I didn't know) he said ABSOLUTELY nothing. I got in my vehicle, and it was obvious whoever attempted to clean the windshield didn't care as it was smeared and had a large streak from side to side. Actually, it was worse than before I brought it in. I checked the sticker for mileage for the next oil change, and it was recorded for 1400 odd miles. I drove up to the garage and the person that made the sticker came up to me, I explained the situation and he said a new replacement sticker was being made. The Big Boss came up and said the computer wasn't working right, and all the stickers were off from what should've been. I was given a new reminder sticker and again No thank you, No sorry for the wait, No apology for the error, Nothing was spoken at ALL! If things are that bad, you all need to find yourselves new employment. This note is ALL about the ATTITUDES of the male employees, there was one female that seemed to be in charge (sort of) that was very nice and on the ball. No complaints on the wait, cost etc. just the BAD attitudes. I think Walmart employees can do/be better. Signed, Marc E Hanson read more
