World class customer service was expected from our employees & managers to our customers ‼ I have a Mercedes' S550 and Ernie & Alexa have what it takes to be attentive to the customers needs . Been changing my oil here for almost the past decade, and with different cars. I've NEVER had any issues with my oils or cars in general after having it serviced here. Moved to Yuma and the 4th Ave location more than let me down. I was recommended by my BF to come here and was not disappointed. So fast. Knowledgable. Taught me about the type of oil I use. AND...since I'm so bad about getting my oil changed on time I always ask for a sticker. I need it. I won't remember otherwise. Well they were out of stickers and the kind young lady (wish I could remember her name-she was wonderful) actually sent me my reminder windshield sticker in the mail! That is just above and beyond. With the nearest major cities being over a hundred miles away, I've put my old CR-V through a lot of labor these past few months. I'd begun to notice that a whining sound was coming from the hood. The engine light was off, tires and oil were good...sounded like a transmission problem. Sure enough, the ATF was well below the dipstick line, and it came out looking black and gritty. Time to call the good people at Express Lube. This was actually my third visit to Express. The previous visits were oil changes: one for my car, and one for the fiancée. The gentleman at the counter and the phone, Marco, has always been hospitable and friendly. If you bring your car in, he'll give you updates throughout the service and offer optional add-ons (e.g., filter replacement) without the high-pressure sales pitch. And so, I brought the CR-V for a transmission flush. Marco estimated that it would take 45 minutes to an hour -- no worries -- I brought a book. Express Lube has indoor and outdoor seating, although indoor is the way to go at this time of year. There's a Keurig on the counter (which will probably be available for use once we're out of the COVID woods), a restroom for customers, and a TV. After an hour, I met with Marco at the counter for a report. My car had a clean bill of health, ready to take on the next long-distance road trip. Transmission flushes can range from $100-200+; at Express Lube, expect a bill of $140. I'd say job well done, as my car has been sounding perfect since I drove it off the lot. Granted, I've gotten a bit scrupulous about smoothly shifting gears. Take care of your cars, folks, and bring them to Express Lube if they need a little help. read more

Quick and easy oil change! I just put oil change into Yelp and found this place. It was only $45 for a basic oil change and there was no high pressure sales to do unnecessary additional work like many other oil change places do (air filter, transmission flush, etc). They got me in and out quick and I highly recommend them. read more

Dropped in for an oil change and got so much more from this great group of men. The manager was super kind and patient with all my questions, which he went above and beyond to answer . The service was thorough and very complete, even to spotting a small drip from a loose bolt and fixing it. I always am leery about taking my vehicle to get anything done as I usually am given a laundry list of things that "must" be done to ensure my car works properly. After reading the reviews on express lube, I decided to go to them for air conditioning service. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity of the service technicians. I explained that my car needed an AC recharge as it is blowing hot, and new windshield Wipers as it decided to rain in Yuma. The technician was very courteous and started right away. He came back to let me know the initial test shows a leak In The system and recommended that we run a UV dye test to determine where the leak is so it can get fixed. He explained that they can recharge the system but if there is a leak, I would be right back in the same situation within a few weeks to a month. I explained that I had to check with my boyfriend as it was his vehicle. The technical returned my car to me and only charged me for the test. I talked to my boyfriend and we decided to do the uv test and repair what needed to be repaired. I went back and they got my car back in immediately and started the test. After about 30 minutes the tech came back and explained they cannot find a leak and it might be the compressor but they want to hold off as its a more expensive purchase. Instead he wanted me to drive it for the next week to let the dye circulate more and then come back next week to see if they can find the leak. While this might seem like I am being taken, the tech only charged me to bring my total cost for the day to the cost it would have been if it had been just the recharge I originally went for. We will see next week what happens but so far I am really impressed with this company. read more

I went in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation, and this place totally made my day! First, they noticed right away that there was something wrong with my suspension on my jeep, which I was told by several other mechanics for months that there was nothing wrong, even though I always knew there was. Instead of making me feel like an idiot like most auto shops do, they treated me with the utmost respect, actually showed me where the issues were, took pictures, and even gave me my faulty part once they were done, and on top of it they were extremely affordable and they offer military discounts, Y'all! This is the only place I trust to take my jeep in Yuma! They are fast, affordable, no nonsense, no games, genuine people here! These guys are pretty legit. I went in for a fuel change and they did a through inspection of an issue with my fuel tank, they figured it out, took me under the car to look at what it was that needed to be done. They fixed it, changed the oil, topped off all my fluids, aired my tires, cleaned my windows, vaccummed my car and got it all done in about an hour. I recommend these guys to anybody, and you won't pay a hefty price! read more

I did some research on places that offer oil changes in Yuma and narrowed it down to 2, and when I called both places the best customer over the phone was Express lube!! So with that I made my decision, happy I did because when I went today they were very pleasant and efficient. I was in and out and on a Friday that's unheard of. I will definitely be back! read more

Good price and excellent service. I went there for an oil change and while they did it, they checked all the fluid levels, checked the air pressure in my tires and even washed my windshield and rear window. I went there because my ex- had gone there and he said that they are really affordable and professional. I have to admit he was right . I arrived and quickly they helped out they had my vehicle in and out they did not try to sell me un necessary things for my car they gave great recommendations and great customer service which now and days is hard to find. No place better, stop looking and go here! No appointment necessay. I've lived in Yuma for a long time and have had many oil changes. These guys are the BEST! Not only do they do things right, they check everything along the way. They even washed my windows and vacuumed out the car.
