So I decided to use it to get my car AC ready for summer. They quoted me $460 at first. Then I told them that was too much I didn't have that much and please only the bare necessities to get it running. They were trying to sell me parts I didn't need. Then it turned out the total was $327. Ok affordable. I told Christian at the front, get it summer ready. Agreed to let them do the services and then test it, and fill it with coolant for the AC. I received the notification it was ready for pickup. Went and paid the total and left. I live in the foothills. My car never once cooled down. I got home @6:15, called pep boys, no answer. Waited until 8am called again, no answer. Called again @8:15am no answer. Sent my husband down there to get it looked at. They wanted to charge us another $460 on top of what we already spent! Couldn't explain why we needed the parts. Jose could only say that our factory installed compressor was not installed correctly....? What?? These guys became combative and threatened to call police on my husband. Told us to go elsewhere. When I called Jose to find out where we were he was combative with me, treated me like I was stupid and spoke over me every time I started speaking. Totally unprofessional and rude. I have never been treated so poorly from another person in that situation. Like I said, I came to them for help and was pretty desperate to get this fixed. Now I am back where I started and used my scholarship money. It's getting really hot in Yuma right now. Shame on them, I am so disappointed. I will tell everyone not to go there. Side note-the hallway to the bathrooms were disgusting. The women's bathroom had the toilet seat up and there was urine and feces all over the toilet. It looked like it had been a while since it had a proper cleaning. I should've left when I saw the bathroom. Red flag. Women BEWARE!
