The undercarriage of my friend's Toyota Corolla fell down. It was 116 degrees outside and I couldn't get under it to fix it without burning myself. We were so desperate to get it fixed that day since we were two hours away from home. I gave this place a call and they helped us out. Adrian the gm, had our car fixed within five mins with some zip ties. The cost? Free of charge. This is by far the most kindest experience I've received in a good while. I was about to go to target and get some zip ties to do it myself, but Adrian helped us out. Not even America tire would give us some help. Anyways, I'm forever grateful for Adrian and his team. I was driving from Tempe, AZ to San Diego, CA when the skid plate on the car started to drag and flap. Pulled into this Jiffy Lube about 30 mins before they closed on a Sunday. Juan and Salvador (and another guy beneath the car) quickly removed the plate (best option) and put it in my trunk. They then zip-tied the tire wells in place to ensure they wouldn't be loose or banging around for the couple hours I had left in the drive. These guys got us in-and-out in maybe 10 mins and were incredibly friendly. If I lived in this area, this would be my go-to spot. This location doesn't have many reviews as of the date I'm leaving this post- but there is a pattern of people noting how friendly this staff is. I would highly recommend going to this facility for an oil change. I have been to several Jiffy Lube Facilities in California and this one did not let me down. Manger, Juan and his staff are very nice, providing QUICK and highly efficient service. Besides the oil change, they lubricate all the necessary joints underneath the vehicle as well as checking tire air pressure, topping off fluids and etc. as usual. I am a picky person, i.e. when it comes to getting great service and this place was Great! Besides an oil change, they give customers a free car wash voucher for the nice car wash facility right next door. Never had that in California. Awesome perk!! read more
