I knew about Logan Roofing because our general contractor who built our garage used them for that project. They did a wonderful job then so we felt good being repeat customers with them for the house re-roof. Getting a roof replaced on your home while living in it makes you and the contractors almost like roommates for a week or so. It's a very invasive project and Larry, Adam, and the crew were very kind and considerate of us throughout the project. They also advised us on a few things about our house while they had the roof off. Valuable things like a recommendation to add a couple of vents to help cool the attic in the summer. They also installed a roof vent for our bathroom fan by my request and the price for that was very reasonable and fair. Although they found very little dry rot, they didn't charge much to fix it and were very honest and candid with me about the condition of our roof in general. I think we came out of this project with a lot better understanding of our house in general. I saw some other reviews mention about not responding to texts, etc. People need to understand that this is a small, local company that gets most of their business by word-of-mouth. I don't think they even have a website. Just good reputable hard-working people and they did a wonderful job on our roof. We were glad to have worked with them.

When the work finally passed inspection, i handed him my check and he never said a word, got in his truck and drove off. Overall, the work appears to be good but the customer service was poor and the insistence of payment prior to final inspection left a bad taste and made me suspect that if I did pay him, i would have never seen him again. I cant recommend this contractor. If you hire him make sure the contract clearly spells out the scope of work, including all items required by Code, and under what conditions progress and final payments are made.
