I am very unhappy with Right Space storage. I've been paying $205/month on the 7th for over 5 years. New company new rules. Now you're late by the 5th. I'm a very reliable renter and Right Space wants to charge by $40 late fee because they will not honor continuing for me to pay on the 7th!! Prices just keep going up up up. Right Space has terrible customer service managers etc etc. they are willing to give NEW CUSTOMERS 50% and long term customers NOTHING. I DEFINITELY AM GOING TO TRY AND GET MY STUFF OUT OF STORAGE ASAP!! read more

I am active duty military and recently moved to the valley. Before I could find a house I was tasked to deploy and needed a place to store my property. The location was ideal, the units were clean and easily accessible and they were offering a heck of a deal! Getting a unit was easy and the staff was friendly and professional. This new company Rightspace has no customer service values. This is the second iwner/company in my five years of renting. Just in the last year they raised my Storage $80 a month. They now want to raise it to $326. The on site manager has no authority to do anything...they have to request from upper management. When you call in you can't leave a message with the on-site manager. I have to go through a call center. Instead of giving me a discount, because I'm paying twice as much for my unit than the other ones in this storage facility, they're making me move out to another unit. I reserved a U-Haul box truck and an appliance dolly for Sunday morning at 7am. When I got there, my truck had two homeless people smoking drugs inside the cabin. They left C U M on the driver's seat and paraphernalia under the radio. The dolly was missing from the truck and the back of the truck was open. They are closed for the day so I can't even talk to anyone about the issue. I had to call corporate and they couldn't find anything to accommodate me with. read more

The past 4/5 times I went to drop off a package(USPS Priority), this place has been either closed, didn't open on time, or out for some random issue during normal business hours. For example today, I went there to drop off a package at 11:30am but there was that silly clock they adjusted for 12pm at the front door. Why is it closed at 11:30am? Why is there only one person working here? It is suppose to be a Right Storage Center & USPS Postal Branch? It's frustrating because I have to drive to the closest Postal Office off Thunderbird. Another time when there was an issue was last June. It was a hot day. Their air conditioner wasn't working so their thermal printer papers wouldn't print any shipping labels! Why are these issues the problem of the customer? They should be on top of the maintenance of their AC unit. They should have a backup system in case the thermal printer has issues. And there should be a manager who makes sure their employees open on time! Also stay working at their stations when it is normal business hours instead of treating this place like a horribly ran family business. I only go here because it is close to my home but lately I had to drive 4 times to the Post Office because of issues from this place. I know I am not the only person who feel this way. I am one of many who experienced a subpar business in action. I want to change my review into a more positive one but will not until things improve at this establishment. read more

Arrived at 5:01 to buy postage. Guy (CB) refused service because cutoff time was 5pm. CB said normally he would service me but he was the only person in store. I was the only customer inside store (both usps and storage side). Horrible experience. read more

I live close by and only use right space for my mail needs. they are always friendly and have a good sense of humor which I appreciate, and also let me know which mailing options cost less. I've also rented a uhaul when I moved with no issues. They are a very small operation, so sometimes they have only one person working who has to take a break and lock up for a few or their lunch, but that's the nature of small business. read more

Let's be serious...who really wants to visit storage spaces? But, really, if you're going to have to deal with this, you're going to want to consider this place. Or, just take it from em and just use this place for your storage needs....do it. Here's why: 1. Jennifer: Yeah. Not me...the one who works up front. She will immediately greet you with great energy. Let's not underestimate the importance of first impressions and genuine people like Jennifer. 2. Clean: super clean!!! Sure it might smell a little bit like big spray but realize that's for your own good..I mean, for your stuff's own good. I'd rather smell bug spray than have insects hatching eggs in my television set. Seriously. 3. Customer service: let's go back to Jennifer and he other gentleman in the front office and another woman. He movers left some poles behind and luckily we got a call to let us know to come pick it up. Without these easily-missed parts, our $6,000 gym equipment cannot be put back together. For all they know, they could have thought we left these poles on purpose. Thank you for letting us know!!!!!!!!!! Then, when I returned, Jennifer carried them herself to my car and it wasn't until she set them in my car that I realized just how immensely heavy these were. read more

The price is pretty amazing for storage. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really love how there is an alarm on your storage unit that is activated and deactivated by you inputting your code at the gate. Makes me feel like my stuff is really secure. The only bad thing about this place is they don't have mirrors up on the corners so when you are driving around the buildings you need to make sure you are going extra slow. read more

Storage facilities may seem pretty generic, but there are certain features that can really make one stand out -- and this particular Store More! location has them: Cleanliness, Friendliness, Convenience. The hours are fairly standard (open till 7pm) and the in / out tracking is also standard security. There is a great selection of moving supplies for sale at VERY reasonable prices, plus UHAUL rental -- making this pretty much a one-stop-shop. Jennifer is a joy to work with and stepped me through the rental process with ease and smiles. The unit I'm renting is on the second floor -- and the elevator access is quick and easy with the supplied carts. The facility is always kept at a comfortable working temperature. This is a storage location that doubles as a USPS Post Office, and that happens to be what I use them for primarily. There's no other place in the valley or probably Arizona that I would rather send mail. I've never had a pleasant experience at a post office before. These guys are the exact opposite of the usual USPS employee. Everyone there has a smile on their face, make everything easy on you, are courteous and friendly, even generous. Jennifer in particular is a sweetheart that went far out of her way to make sure an important package of mine got out on time. Management, if she's not already the boss, give that girl a raise :) Anything you would ever need to ship things is there for you, and if it isn't free it's priced very fairly. 11/17/2017 I had purchased a 10x20 drive up unit a few days ago at " Right Space" in Peoria, AZ. The unit was shown to me with the walls full of dirt and dust. I mentioned this to the front desk girl who stated their guy only comes down to clean on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. I stated well I would be expected to clean it out when I move out and be charged a cleaning fee for it so front desk girl stated she will do her best to clean it on Saturday as I reserved a U-haul at another location. I stopped by office today Friday to drop off my homeowners declaration page to save me the $9 monthly renters fee they wanted to charge me for next month bill as there was a guy sitting there today instead. I mentioned to him about the dirty unit after he made their copy of my State Farm Homeowners Declaration Page to place in my file when he stated if I can wait 30 minutes he will clean it out for me. I waited almost an hour, as he only took maybe 2 minutes sweeping the walls a little bit as I swept the other side as I was upset he left lots of dirt and dust still doing a half fast job as I took the broom out of my Escalade truck to clean it out myself as he acted like he was gonna break his fingernail! I waited all that time just to clean it mostly myself! He had a little cordless blower with him as I asked him if I could blow the dust on the corner in back of unit and he said no that it was their property bu he didn't want to blow that little area himself then acting more prissy and all lazy! So very disappointed and upset at this guy who name is Ernesto. I have left a message for the Area manager to call me back too regarding how he acted. What a joke he was and an hour wasted of my time as I cleaned it out myself and now home full of dirt and dust while being sick with the flu! read more

I had a medical emergency with a family member and happened to also have a loaded U-Haul truck with no way or time to unload it. The manager David at RightSpace Storage was amazing enough to allow me to keep the truck for an additional two days without charge. I was so grateful for his generosity and understanding. We had to rent a Uhaul, and this location was able to accommodate us with very short notice. The establishment was clean, and the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Just a tip: if you rent a Uhaul, they will put a "hold" on your credit/debit card for the estimated usage of the vehicle although the staff may say that they don't "charge" you until the vehicle is returned. Also, if you buy "Uhaul" boxes there and try to return them, you will have'to go to a "Uhaul" location to get your money back. Other than that, I am pleased and will use them again if needed. read more

Make sure you watch your belongings here when loading in and loading out of your unit. There are some shady people hanging around that are just looking for the right opportunity to grab something. The site manager has an elitist, pompous attitude, thinks he is managing a Ritz Carlton. Make sure you and management sign the blank contract they will print out and try give to you so they aren't the only party with an executed copy of the contract. Beware if you don't type in your code to can access because the gate is already open they will charge you $50!! no warnings. read more

We needed to pack up and store an entire house on fairly short notice, and after checking with a number of storage businesses in the Peoria/Glendale area, Store More was easily the best value. If the value wasn't enough, the people there - especially Tanner - were incredibly helpful and accomodating. Going out of their way multiple times, they made a difficult task as easy as possible and even made it a little enjoyable at times. I don't do reviews very often, so it takes something special to give a positive one - and this place is indeed special, and so are the people there. Kudos, and thanks, Tanner! read more

Tried asking management for a reduced price because I'm paying for "an air controlled unit" which in the companies mind is "82 degrees" I'm just going to keep it cool and calm and tell everyone that YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING AN AC UNIT with YOUR UNIT BEING "COOL." It's a TOTAL joke when you're paying almost $200/mo for "AIR CLIMATE CONTROL" Go somewhere else and don't even bother getting an AC storage unit, it's A RIP OFF! I tried asking for a discount and they of course came back with some "legal words" that would be "used in court." Take your money and your business some where else PEOPLE, I'm saving YOU the hassle now, don't be a dud and get dooped into an "AC CLIMATE CONTROL STORAGE UNIT." Currently Rightspace Storage. I was at this unit for a few years...why? I lived far from the unit and worked full time and have been going to school which = overpaying for HORRIBLE customer service and an air conditioned unit (that were hotter then crap, my candles melted in the unit), a security system that doesn't work. Not to mention, MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO along with a few others months ago.. a call from the manager to me was made, stating I should file a police report. When I asked if the cops came when the alarms went off or if anyone was caught on camera, I was told that the alarms are simply there to make a noise, but not connected to anything. The recording also did not take place. The manager treated the situation like he could care less. Fast forward to me vacating the premises a few days ago and he completely tried to make me sound stupid(there were other customers) saying that my unit was never broken in to, I had the wrong location, it was not true...He is the current manager and has such an arrogant attitude, like another commenter said, he thinks he is running the RITZ, without the personality of course. I truly, truly, truly despised calling/ or going into the office for anything. The customer service is ridiculous, I now know why they have gone through 3 mgrs in the time I have been there. The receptionists/office aids are just as impersonable. I will definitely let everyone around me know!! read more
