The price included removing all of the old caulk, taping, and installing new caulk. Scheduling was incredibly fast -- I received an appointment for the very next day. The handyman arrived on time, was very professional, and even removed his shoes before entering the house. He walked through each bathroom with me and confirmed the work he would be performing. He worked quietly and very efficiently, and he cleaned up thoroughly after each job. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Loyal Handyman!

He was able to send out a handyman at my next available time, which was less than a week later. The handyman arrived at the time quoted, and we went over the job. He was very respectful of our home, removing his shoes without being asked. He did the job efficiently and checked in along the way, which helped because there was a little confusion about which light to put on the garage. That was resolved quickly, and we were all set. I would recommend Loyal Handyman as a reliable, responsive company that gets the job done right.

This outfit is despicable, deplorable & abusive beyond description. After asking them to write an…read moreestimate to do a simple gutter diversion job at arm's length, & telling them for the city to reimburse, they have to provide an Estimate with a total for labor & parts. Instead, they can't bother to figure out what 2 simple gutter pieces cost, & wanting to fill the holes w/hydraulic cement (insane), they just list a labor charge, & ask for 10% down, labor & material billed daily, & a credit card on file, I called them to speak to a total incompetent who then hands it over to Dick Hoerr, who called me a "social idiot", and a "moron", & that he'd never do a job for me. As if I would EVER consider a contractor who would call me filthy names & doesn't even know how to do the job. You don't pour 20-30 ft. of hydraulic cement in the holes - you cover the holes with rubber or aluminum & then coat that w/a small amount of hydraulic cement. Then, in his answer to one of the numerous negative reviews, he writes: "We are the highest rated handyman company on Angie's in the United States and we are located here in Chicago. I personally live in the Chicagoland Area. Simply put this is one of those landlords that attempts to beat down labor after they work on his home in an effort to maximize his profit. He says one thing in a review and then did the exact opposite." BEWARE and DON'T USE THEM!

Didn't know they don't do repairs like ABT (ABT is the best btw) does, so I called WEFIX. The man named Tom (he was from Kyrgyzstan so I doubt his name was Tom lol) was on time, asked if he should take of his shoes when entering, and was quite polite and professional. He took his time and triple checked everything. He even warned me about glitches with the computer in it and how to fix it myself in the future. Great sense of humor. Paid $260. I'm not mad about the price because skilled workers are necessary. Especially bec most of us cannot fix anything ourselves. 5/5 would recommend.

After doing a speedy job replacing my toilet, bathroom, and kitchen faucets, Daniel would not send me the receipts for these materials so that I could use the year long warranty. I asked in person and then three times via text before realizing that he blocked me. The bathroom faucet that he repaired less than a month ago is leaking already. The kitchen faucet has no pressure and the button for the sprayer is already on the fritz - would be a great time to use my year long warranty, but I do not have one. These are things that could have been resolved easily, but the lack of communication (and then eventual blocking) and the slowly deteriorating work makes We Fix Fix the expensive shoddy choice.
