We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.

Austin improperly installed our gutters, which now leak directly onto our porch. This has caused cement corrosion, water damage to surrounding areas, and wood rot. Because of the poor drainage, we've also had ice dams form in the winter that caused water damage inside our home. My husband and I have contacted Austin numerous times to fix these issues. We even sent him pictures and videos clearly showing the problems, but he still refused to come out and make it right. He only answers when we call from an unknown or blocked number--then promises to come by, but never shows up. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. We've given him every opportunity to correct his mistakes, and he has ignored us at every turn. This matter will now be escalated to a lawsuit.
