Worker came every day from 9-5 and worked full days, until the job was completed. I have had a lot of construction on our home since we moved in 6 months ago, none of the other companies can compare with the craftsmanship, professionalism and quality work that this company provided. The price that was quoted was the price that was charged, this in itself is a testament to this company. Thanks again Eric and all your hardworking staff. Great job!

CertaPro Troy--Much More Than 5 Stars…read more Recently I solicited bids from 6 painting companies for an estimate to remove kitchen wallpaper and then paint walls, ceiling, trim and all cabinets. CertaPro of Troy won the bid by price and primarily how well we thought the company would complete the job. Their work was more than outstanding from start to finish including clean-up. In addition, they completed the job sooner than expected. By the 3rd day of the project we had a great looking kitchen. CertaPro of Troy has our highest recommendation. When we have another painting job, we would have CertaPro do the job for us. One other comment: the people at CertaPro from the owners, painters and staff were responsive and professional throughout the process. They were "easy to do business with."

After interviewing several painting companies, both large and small, we were not only extremely impressed, but so was our management company and every owner within our community. CertaPro recently painted our garage doors, air conditioning gates, front doors, and frames, and we have received nothing but overwhelmingly positive feedback from every single owner. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and the crew was consistently kind, respectful, and professional. In fact, we did not hear a single negative comment about their work. We were so pleased that we have already hired them to paint the rest of our common areas, including balconies and railings for each unit. Their quality of work has been outstanding, and I would highly recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for top-notch painters. They don't just get a 10 out of 10--they get 100+ on our scale! Thank you, CertaPro, for an exceptional job. We look forward to working with you again in the future. Piper President of ESSI

Everyone was friendly, they had lots of helpers and they did it super fast. So far all is well. The owner is a little pushy, but that's his job right? Was a friendly guy overall just pushy and could tell he was really trying to sell a new roof to us. In which he did but we needed one bad. They quoted us very well especially since we're first time home owners and we're dying for a good price.

If you are contemplating hiring Rock Solid Exteriors in Mt. Clemens, Michigan for work, PLEASE read…read morethe back of the very long fine print contract. Better yet have an attorney look at the contract. I was negligent and naive and deeply regret it. Rock Solid owns you once you sign the contract and the 48 hours cancellation option passes. Fact - if you want to terminate the contract, whether they have started the job or not, you will be required to pay one third of the contract price. They will also want you to sign a non-disclosure so that you will not be able to say anything disparaging about their company. Luckily I was able to get this clause voided. How many others have been silenced. Thinking of taking legal action, you agree to pay all of their legal fees when you sign the contract. At $500.00 an hour and up, even if you win, you will lose financially. There is a list of excuses for not doing the job in a timely manner, and they are not afraid to use them. There are a multitude of excuses on the back of the contract for not doing the work and they used many of them on my job. Our contract did not show a completion date, which means they can string you out indefinitely and you have no recourse. I paid my one third termination fee and went with another contractor. Buyer Beware.

They did a beautiful job. I paid over $100,000 for the entire job so it wasn't cheap. That said, the follow through service has been difficult. After only 2 years I had paver sinking in a few spots. They came out and repaired; it at a cost. Then again this year, pavers sinking in the same spot again. Another added cost. I asked if any of the work (or repairs) came with warranties. I was told if they had "engineered it" in the beginning they would have done things differently. Now there is nothing they can do to "fix it" without adding $4000 - $5000 to basically do a major redo of pavers. Wow. For 100 grand I think they would have done some engineering in the beginning.
