Not only did he fix the drywall, but he painted the wall also. I plan on using this company again for some trim work at the condo. Massive pain for him to demo but he did a great job and didn't charge me extra. The new walkway came out great and the fieldstones are beautiful too. He did a great job at a fair price and communicated well through the whole process. I have and will continue to recommend him!

AVOID. I hired Arlis Jones when he stopped by-- he was very friendly and had my initial confidence…read more As with any home owner, asked if he was insured and he said yes. When doing my walkway, though, Arlis left my hose running overnight: I discovered a flooded basement and over $6,000 in damage. Arlis Jones surveyed the damage and agreed it was his fault, and proposed "working off" the charges rather than getting the insurance companies involved. Instead, he managed to weasel an additional $600 dollars out of me (for "supplies") and then dashed. He failed to respond via text, phone, or e-mail regarding options. Additionally: I found in retrospect that he was grossly overcharging me for the work he had done. He was unable to produce receipts for the "supplies". His crew left my lawn a mess with chunks of concrete scattered everywhere, and the quality of his work on my front steps was extremely poor. Avoid this company.

Being a homeowner, one of the horrible tasks you MUST do is clean your gutters. My Husband and I…read morehave done it a few times in the past, and it was horrible. It took us all day, and I was worried my ever clumsy Hubs would end up falling off the ladder. I found Summit's website and requested a quote. I was promptly called back with a price and I hired him right away. ( Ken was the ONLY gutter cleaner to call me back within a few days, I had people calling me 2 weeks after requesting a quote, Ken called the next business day!) I have hired Ken to clean my gutters two years in a row, and I will use him over and over again!! $60 to have someone else clean the gutters, clean up the mess, and NOT have to worry about my Husband getting on a ladder....SOLD!! The first time I hired him, I was home when he came, and I never heard a peep! ( I was supposed to be at work,, but ended up staying home) I heard the invoice being placed in the door and he was gone! He was done and gone before i knew it!! This last time I hired him, I received a call letting me know they were done, and I was promptly e-mailed an invoice! I love his work, and will hire him again and again!! And his prices are very reasonable...if you think about....$60 for saving you a whole days work is not bad at all.

Do not hire. We got gutters and facia board replacement done to the tune of $5000. We have…read moredesperately tried to get them back to fix a few items they promised to fix. The most important is the gutter that needs to be removed and reattached after the trim board is removed (no previous gutter there). It rains behind it right over the new facia board. It's like 8' long and not a huge job at all. We have set up 3 appointments and no shows every single time. And in setting these up I had to make like MULTIPLE calls and texts to get one reply. They are dishonest and have poor customer service. Read the Google and Facebook reviews. These are a bunch of kids doing gutters that have no business skills. The best BUSINESS is your customers so follow through on what you promised. Matt. Dailey. Jacob- please stop ripping people off. My neighbors are stunned at the gutter that was installed over the trim piece, so the drip edge doesn't work. The one neighbor - 'there is no way they were real gutter guys because even I know that'. And the pieces of gutters left attached... real wild stuff. Lazy. Poor. On google they respond to 'please reach out to them' after a bad review. Many I might add. The issue is THEY won't respond and ghost people. Pretty offensive and just plain stupid to reply like that. YOU follow up with YOUR customers and maybe they would remove these reviews. My pictures will be on Google. And I'm inviting everyone over to view this job and encourage them too, to make a review. They see it.. they can be honest with their thoughts. Lastly, I'm submitting a BBB report as well. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS
