His work looked good, but then about a week later, I realized that the slabs adjacent to the house did not appear to be tilting away from the house. So I checked the level of the concrete, and sure enough they were NOT tilting away from house. They were not tilting towards the house either. They were simply level with the house. So I did not think much of it, since they were not tilting towards the house. So I contacted Shawn to let him know of this huge problem. He refused to admit fault and was rude, and refused to do any fixing.
