These guys are right on. Left a laptop in with them to have the screen replaced on a Thursday, it was ready the following morning - well in advance of what I had expected. It's also a cool place to visit; the techs are in the back and it looks like a video game arrangement, but they are in fact working their magic on various pieces of hardware. Right Click helped me again today and with a really quick turn around. I had damaged the charging port into my phone this morning, as a result my phone could not be charged. Right Click was the first place I thought of as they have helped me numerous times in the past with phones. They took a quick look and said it could be done, on the same day too. The selection here is great, the staff is knowledgeable and funny, but the prices are ridiculous. We need to buy a long USB cable and it was 5 times as expensive as it should have been. My boyfriend found it at another shop in Dublin 3 for way cheaper. Stay away from this place if you need parts or computer gear and head elsewhere or shop online. The biggest asshole was in front of me in line and he took like 80 minutes to finally getting around to explaining to the staff what was wrong with his computer.. Ugh I hate people who are inconsiderate of peoples' precious time. Anyway when I got to the counter I explained to the staff that my laptop's hard drive had been slowly malfunctioning. It caused me delays between clicking and responding which is really annoying. Especially when you like to play a lot of online pool. The best version is 8ball on miniclip.com. The lack of speed also caused problems when opening files and I was worried that this might lead to files getting permanently stuck in limbo. And I don't know how to upload files to an online cloud or drive box. This is all information that has passed me by since i started learning how to use a computer. They told me the hard drive was damaged and unfortunately you cant really repair them without losing a lot of data so I would have to save all the important information and documents I have onto an external hard drive. I could buy one from them but it would cost upwards of 50 euro and I would also have to pay for a new hard drive too which would be over 200 euro. I wasn't sure what exactly to do, maybe just wait it out because i could still use the internet which is all i really use it for. I could just get the external hard drive and not bother replacing the hard drive until it gets really dire? At this point a customer behind me started bothering me about speeding up but how am I supposed to speed up when I'm trying to decide the fate of my laptop.. Ugh I hate people who interrupt you like that. It's so inconsiderate. So I decided to go with the external hard drive and save my files that way and come back when my computer needed replacing altogether. Very unsatisfactory customer service and experience. Was told different stories by engineer and manager on why there was a delay to diagnose my laptop.. In the end they couldn't fix the issue and told me to bring the laptop to an Apple repair center. When I got my laptop back it had a very noticeable gash on the lid. The reply I got back was dismissive and I ended up feeling very ripped off for the fee they charged to examine the laptop. read more

They actually had the nerve to call me, because they take negative reviews very seriously. They even double called so I would think it was important. If they don't like negative reviews that are 100% true, then have ethical business practices. I understand my phone was not fixable, but suggesting I take it back to apple and that they wouldn't be able to tell it was open. The plastic that lines the phone was showing and my home button was returned broken. They didn't offer me a partial a gift card or anything. They offered me advice on how to scam apple. I took my iPad here to have the screen replaced after it was cracked. It took a good week for them to get it back and unfortunately the new screen had very poor sensitivity. They did a very poor job repairing it. The lady working the counter tried to imply it was a software issue or the case or something else then reluctantly took it back in for further work. Another week later and this time the home button is sticking. Clearly another poor repair job. I won't be taking it back here as I don't trust them to actually fix anything. If your screen breaks, just pay the extra 100 or so and send it to Apple. They will do a far better job and you won't lose your warranty. Wasting your time and money here is a mistake. read more

Each interaction I had with them - on first walking in off the street, a call to customer support and picking up my machine when it was ready - was straightforward, professional and easy. I went into Right click with as my laptop had stopped playing DVD's. I got it back over 48 hrs later with the problem still standing and other problems on top of that. I did get back to them with this but they basically pretended to fix it again and ignored my email when I told them that the problem was still there. By the way, the collection service is subject to their mood as they would not return my laptop. read more
