My Computer was screwed and this shop. was an amazing help. not only did he fix it in a good time frame. he did things that should of cost a lot, the parts he got wear all brand new. and done stuff that i didn't even ask for, and included it with the price stated. He was very patient with me, answered every question i asked. When i was going to buy new thing to make my computer faster, he stated that unless you wear going to fix other thing that it would just go back to the way it was... this to me showed that it was not about the money for him, he care about his customers. I would highly recommend this shop. when i save it the money i will be going back to him to do the upgrade in my computer. read more

An excellent reliable service can be found here. As a graphic designer when computer problems arise trying to go through vendors or big stores can be a nightmare so this small hands on operation is ideal. The main guy Julian is very friendly, helpful, thorough and flexible with collection and drop off times. Free diagnostics are a real draw too. Once due to needing to run extensive tests on my macbook they moved the hardrive to another macbook they had at the shop which I was then able to bring home so my working week wasn't interrupted. Just one example of the resourceful hands on touch approach that you wouldn't get in the big vendors in town. I reckon I've saved myself alot of money and prolonged the life of my computer considerably by popping in here regularly over the last three years. read more

I've been getting computers and laptops repaired in the Computer Clinic for about six years and the service is always excellent. They have recovered lost data and pictures for me several times and the prices they charge are always very reasonable. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for service. read more

Computer Clinic is a welcome addition to friendly local services here in Stoneybatter. Helpful staff wear toothpaste green hospital type tunics, a nice touch, the better to attend to one's diseased laptop. The business is open about a month, and advertising a range of free services, including free health check, diagnosis, fixing scratched cd/dvds, and free laptop dust clean up, with a no fix no pay guarantee. Their word is good; took my laptop with a few minor ailments down to them earlier this week and service was immediate, effective and free of charge. Computer Clinic are also selling software, games, and laptops - saw an alright-looking Toshiba model for €145 there, so maybe a good place to pick up refurbished machines. Support local start-up enterprise in these days of global economic downfall. read more

I haven't been in here for any computer repair as yet (touch wood!) However, I do pop in occasionally to get items scanned, copied etc. The guy who runs the place is very helpful, never hesitant to offer advice and show a technophobe what to do, and the prices are really really competitive. All in all, no complaints here! read more

I am only giving them 1 star because I can't post without giving a star. I had the worst experience here. It is actually the 2nd bad experience I had but I let the first one go. I wouldn't even give them one star. I left my hard drive in to be repaired, it just needed the casing replaced. I rang regularly for 3 months and was told each time they would call me tomorrow to let me know when it was ready to be collected. Eventually they said it would be there the next morning. I called in and it wasn't there. I was told to come back that afternoon so I did. When I got there the hard drive they had waiting for me wasn't mine - I knew this because it was double the size and weight and it had a different number than the ticket they gave me. They assured me I was wrong and insisted I take it home. When I got home I plugged it into computer and I had someone else's data. It was a professional's hard drive by the looks of things. I rang them immediately and instead of apologising and saying it would be sorted I was told I was wrong and it was mine. I informed them that their attitude was insulting as I could tell by the data it wasn't mine. He assured me I was wrong and said he would call me tomorrow. The next day he called back and said I was right and that they had given me the wrong one. He would call me back later to tell me when it could be collected. I still had received no apology. On the third call after telling me when to bring back the other hard drive and collect mine I said that at no point had they apologised to which he responded he was going to do that but I was talking. After 3 calls, when he should have apologised from the very beginning or have listened to me in the shop when I told him it wasn't mine he tells me at the end of the call, I waited to give him time to apologise, that he was going to only I was talking. Julian has the worst attitude I have experienced in a long time. I would not go back to this shop if it was the last computer place in town. He was rude and arrogant from the start. Not only was the service disgraceful but the lack of care taken with peoples data was disgraceful. If you left your hard drive into these guys and your ticket number started with 4 and ended with s you are lucky to get it back. It had music demos from well known Dublin bands and what looked like press photos. read more
