Appalled with the costumer service from 511 tech solutions. Went in to get my iphone 5c screen…read morerepaired. Paid the cost to get it repaired. 2 days later, my phone fell from the couch from a hight of no more than 2 feet on to wooden floor and the screen cracked again. Having had iphones since they have been released I know the durability of the screens. This should not have happened. I then reenacted the exact fall of the phone with another iphone 5, knowing sure that the screen wouldn't crack and it didn't. Within an hour my phone was completely unusable, I couldn't open or close it. This would never happen with an original iphone screen. I arrived on monday morning to 511 tech solutions, and the person who deals with phone damage was not present. I then arrived back the following morning at 9.30am and the shop was closed. The shop was then finally opened 30 minutes late. When I explained what had happened with my phone, I was told I was going to have to pay 60 euro to fix the screen. I will never use tech solutions in future, the standard of their products are completely below par and their customer service is atrocious.

A few weeks later, the screen shattered from a fall of less than a meter - onto a wooden floor - with a protective case on. I returned and was charged another €200 for a second replacement. This time, they added a screen protector - something they should have done in the first place. Not long after, a blue inky patch appeared on the top left of the screen and gradually spread, making the phone completely unusable. Crucially, the phone had not been dropped, hit, or damaged in any way after the second repair. When I went back, they made me wait over an hour while the phone was supposedly being "assessed" (it just sat untouched on a desk). Eventually, I was told I'd need another new screen--and that it wasn't their fault after spending EU550 with them on two screens. Ended up getting it fixed properly by another provider for €150. Bottom line: Terrible customer service, poor-quality parts, and you'll find better prices and reliability elsewhere. Avoid ExpressTech at all costs.

I took the pc and brought it straight to another shop in Phobsboro where I was told he unplugged a cable connected to one of my hard drives so that my PC wouldn't boot. The shop in phobsboro then repaired the pc for €20. Avoid this shop the owner is a thief. I still have the sticker on my pc from when he had my pc. Now my back cover was broken (they replaced free of charge) and they chipped the frame to remove the back cover (they tried to cover this up rather than owning up to it). They tried to explain that I should trust them and that the phone would charge even though I wouldn't see the charging icon any more. I take the phone home to test it. It doesn't charge and the phone speakers no longer work. They basically don't know what they are doing and broke other things trying to fix the original problem. Avoid at all costs.
