Arlington in Reno yesterday. After explaining what I was trying to do, she was able to sit down with me, gather the information needed to apply for the loan and I was quickly approved. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to reduce my monthly payment and lower the interest rate. SPCU was able to accomplish what I wanted to achieve easily. This was a positive experience for me and I highly recommend SPCU and am considering doing additional business with them in the future.

I will say this was upsetting as we were told on the phone different but they were kind with our other children and offered coloring pages and markers to entertain them as this did prolong the process. I was told…read moreeverything works fine before I bought the car. 4 months later I needed new breaks, starter, and tons of other things. I had the warranty, useless! They claim to work with Reno Auto Works behind the dealership but they don't communicate or anything with each other! To top it off, I bought this suv because I needed AWD. When this last snow storm hit, I found out they sold me a front wheel drive only! They lie, cheat and the GM doesn't help. His response was come back and "we will sell you a better car!" What was worse was the outright scam on their price. An additional $995 for window etching on a used car which they refused to remove. Walked right out and found a better car elsewhere.
