Arlington in Reno yesterday. After explaining what I was trying to do, she was able to sit down with me, gather the information needed to apply for the loan and I was quickly approved. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to reduce my monthly payment and lower the interest rate. SPCU was able to accomplish what I wanted to achieve easily. This was a positive experience for me and I highly recommend SPCU and am considering doing additional business with them in the future.

Well in June, we went for our scheduled oil change. I was playing games on my phone while my Hubby was walking around looking. Well he walks up behind me and says, they have a soft top brand-new Jeep Wrangler sport if you want it. Now my other girl was an automatic hard top. This one was everything I was wanting in my older girl. We decided to look into it. Our salesman was Kenny Rose and he was awesome!! We were able to get a brand new one with the same exact oil special on her. So September we will be taking a trip to Reno for her 1st oil change. The Service advisor we have had for almost 2 years, we will keep for our oil changes. His name is Jared Phearson. I have a speech disability, and he has never had a problem understanding me. A very nice respectful person for sure. If I had 1 critique lol, fix the machines so you can pay with a card for sodas snacks etc. None of them were working, even the one with change was broke. We had been there almost 6 hours, the complimentary snacks they offer had been empty for hours and we had not eaten as we were going to lunch after the oil change. To many red flags too count. On the test drive we went to go pick up his Uber Eats even tho I had an appointment with Sandy. It was awkward and made the car smell. Then we do the paperwork and Sandy tells me my down payment would only cover taxes, paperwork fees, and some other nonsense. That only a small portion of that would even go towards the car. I was in awe. I have bought cars before and this was news to me. I've been to a dealership before and walked out the door with a car way nicer than the ones in this lot and have gotten less trouble. She gave me trouble over the fact I'm unemployed at the time but have the money to pay for the car. She wasn't impressed also it's hot as hell in there and it's gross not clean. No one offered us water and I just didn't like the overall interaction seemed very unprofessional. I left and she chased me to my car and demanded I roll My window down even though we told the guy we were leaving and to have a good day. Why do I have to explain why I don't want to buy a car from you? It's obvious that I wasn't happy with my time there and this isn't going to work out. Odd for you to demand why?
