Arlington in Reno yesterday. After explaining what I was trying to do, she was able to sit down with me, gather the information needed to apply for the loan and I was quickly approved. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to reduce my monthly payment and lower the interest rate. SPCU was able to accomplish what I wanted to achieve easily. This was a positive experience for me and I highly recommend SPCU and am considering doing additional business with them in the future.

Stephanie and team…read morewere ridiculously helpful and made opening new accounts simple and easy, at least as humanly possible. Let's be candid, the way laws are written these days banks HAVE to ask and treat what would previously be common sense as barriers to people to manage they're finances. Going in having a reasonable understanding the rules, even if not liking them, I'll say this: The experience at SPFCU far exceeds ANYTHING the big corporate banks will do, and while there will always be hiccups, the experience working with a smaller community bank will be far more cooperative and productive. Thank you SPFCU Team!!!

Well with…read moreour buy package we got a very good deal on an oil change package up to 4times a year with it. We religiously took her in every 3 months. Well in June, we went for our scheduled oil change. I was playing games on my phone while my Hubby was walking around looking. Well he walks up behind me and says, they have a soft top brand-new Jeep Wrangler sport if you want it. Now my other girl was an automatic hard top. This one was everything I was wanting in my older girl. We decided to look into it. Our salesman was Kenny Rose and he was awesome!! We were able to get a brand new one with the same exact oil special on her. So September we will be taking a trip to Reno for her 1st oil change. The Service advisor we have had for almost 2 years, we will keep for our oil changes. His name is Jared Phearson. I have a speech disability, and he has never had a problem understanding me. A very nice respectful person for sure. If I had 1 critique lol, fix the machines so you can pay with a card for sodas snacks etc. None of them were working, even the one with change was broke. We had been there almost 6 hours, the complimentary snacks they offer had been empty for hours and we had not eaten as we were going to lunch after the oil change. I just know for now on, take a soda and a snack with me lol This is my SadieBear!!

People have no idea how different this bank is, do they?" And she agreed "No they don't!" While she was handling my transactactifon I got up and visited the tray of cookies where I selected a super thin mint Oreo...I didn't know they existed. As I turned around from the cookie plate I was asked by a different teller if I'd like a Latte or something else...? Is this just an unusual day at Plumas Bank? Not really. Yes the live harpists are likely just a Christmas event but as for the cookies and refreshments, the ever present smiles, the cushy seats at the tellers desks, NO LINES, and the general feeling that I'm coming to visit friends instead of transact business...well, that is the normal daily experience of banking here. They also have fundraisers for needy organizations and accept donations when there are food drives and clothing drives. There are NO stuffy banker types in this branch. Everyone I've met is awesome! I do not understand why this bank doesn't have lines of customers backed out the doors. At some point, when the secret gets out, that will likely happen and I will regret writing this review! Until then I will continue to feel that there is NO OTHER BANK LIKE THIS BRANCH. You simply have to go in and check it out for yourself.

And this man kept lying through his teeth saying "Not at all - You are covered with gap. This just changes your leinholder". So after signing ALL 3 separate copies stating we have Gap and then you guys either took it out after signing while we have all the proof of all copies, dates, names etc., or just LIED and MISLEAD to score a deal. We also have proof William has been PAYING YOU GUYS FOR GAP COVERAGE this whole time (exactly 1 year ago today!) So I will NEVER recommend this place, you guys are scammers and rip off anyone to get your lame commission. The attorney general is getting involved, we will see yall in court (regardless of your new management and new dealers) not surprised of the high turnover rate, and can't wait til you guys are shut down so you can't rip any other hardworking family's off Management & finance guy (I'll edit and post all the names) didn't want to help or resolve anything after scamming us, getting angry at US. Didn't care about the documentation and signatures we have for gap coverage. But bended over backwards to try and sell us our vehicle when we had a gut feeling to walk out! Took money off and our monthly cost down, just for it to go back up because we signed for GAP 3 seperate times! Worst. Dealership. Ever. DONT EVER LEASE OR BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Also, they have a lot of 'Morman' dealers and Morman banks they work with? As a believer in God; You will reap what you sow. If you do make the horrific decision to lease/buy a car from here; RECORD EVERYTHING. Because apparently their cameras don't work! Avoid this place like the plague. Yall have the day & life you deserve! I'll pray for you to have true integrity, honesty, and for any other people/families that unfortunately have a vehicle from you guys!

Automatic payments make it easy for me, I like the overall structure of the plans they have. They have plenty of cars to choose from on their lot though and I found something perfect for me that meets my needs. I have had the car 10 days and so far so good. Solid car, and I have piece of mind with the warranty. The only reason they did not get 5 stars from me is there is really no haggle room with pricing, a little high, and they are ruthless when you try.
