While waiting, I asked about dessert options because my daughter wanted chocolate ice cream.. Unfortunately, none of the staff seemed familiar with the chocolate options available. After asking multiple times for chocolate ice cream or a dessert containing chocolate, I was repeatedly offered unrelated alternatives. One employee suggested pistachio ice cream with olive oil, which wasn't what I was looking for. The interaction felt frustrating, and the employee assisting me seemed visibly annoyed.. Eventually, my annoyed staff member located a chocolate-and-vanilla option, but when it was packaged up, I had to ask for a spoon and was handed a fork instead. I then had to ask separately for plates as well. The pizza itself was fine, but the overall customer service experience left a lot to be desired. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return..
