This company filters its ratings on its website, I wrote a review and they refuse to publish it. Bought a Riffraff Diesel HPOP Billet Mini Reservoir Spacer 1994-1995. No disclosure that I would need to find a homemade fix for the fact that the back pressure sensor doesn't connect after installing the spacer. Went to every auto parts and hardware store trying to find a fix. Contacted Clay, his suggestions 1. Let the sensor free float (have you lost your mind).2. Buy some more of his product's to relocate the sensor to the front of the HPOP for appropriately $200 and you will have to lengthen the sensor wire. Terrible options Clay, you should have disclosed the problem before purchase instead of hiding it. read more

The parts are nice. The customer service is terrible. I made an order, it was the wrong part number. I emailed them that night about it. They responded timely the next day, but told me I was out of luck as it had already been processed as, "they work fast". They suggested I return the item no problem and I can buy the new one. Not only will they not send me a shipping label to return the item, they will charge me a restocking fee. By the time I send it back, the part is paid for. So now I have a part that is useless and am put $40 and some time and frustration. After asking for a label, they told me that they would not pay for my mistake... Riffraff diesel does not stand behind the high end products they sell. I bought an expensive High Pressure Oil Pump from them and when I received it, the $60 gasket to mount it wasn't in the package. Customer service insisted that I overlooked it claiming it was taped to the inside of the box. It wasn't. I sent back the core as agreed in the same box that the new one came in. They told me that they would look for it when the core arrived. They didn't find it. I asked if they checked shipment before sending, they told me NO! They refused to send me the missing gasket and refused to give me any contact information for the BOSCH customer service. It has been 5 days without having this issue resolved. My vehicle is my main source of income and It just sits! read more

Sells old parts/models and passes them off as new. Also has a ridiculous return policy where "shipping is free" when you make a purchase. But, if you return an item, not only do you pay for return shipping (which is understandable), you have to also pay for the initial shipping that was supposedly free when you ordered/received the product(s). This shipping fee is not shown or mentioned anywhere as initial shipping is free so there is no breakdown of actual costs on original invoice (again because shipping is free). Stay away and buy from Amazon where you are treated better as a customer. read more

I rolled the dice and ordered from Riff Raff again. This time and IPR valve and a n. i c p sensor. Plus many other parts but the IPR and the ICP were definitely in resealed bags. Try to contact I was told to send pictures and I did that was the end of any contact. Now I have to spend more than twice the amount to go to a Ford dealer and buy the real Motorcraft parts. read more

S Sent me defective parts possibly cause they're motorcraft so they're probably fake to begin with the ball joints were completely loose it's more completely loose than their customer service was terrible when it came time to get a refund these are scammers stay away from them because if you ever need a refund you will definitely deal with problems and not get your money back read more

It wasn't a total loss yet but I ordered injectors and a programmer and some other little things injectors we're fine but they sent the wrong programmer for a old body style Ford don't know how when everything I ordered was for that style of truck but now there d**king around I already sent them the other one back they got in on a Monday and I have talked to the guy 2 times this week and he said it will be processed by Friday still have not heard back from them wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you were at there home shop in OR. read more

Are you serious? I ordered a full fuel bowl o ring kit and drain valve o rings. All included. I paid 20 bucks plus shipping thinking i had everything i needed. Get to putting the fuel bowl back into the truck and im missing 4 o rings. There was literally a SLIT in the bag when i received it big enough they either fell out or somebody slipped them out. Totally unacceptable, not bothering with returning it as half my rings are installed. Very disappointed, will never order from here again. read more
