Been doing business with these guys for years. Purchased my first road bike back in 2017 and…read moreupgraded to a Giant Trinity in 2020! 0 complaints. I recently took the speed machine for upgrades. Got great advice and guidance from Mark. Went from Shimano 105 to the Ultegra groupset with a Kogel Flywheel and Bottom Bracket. My first ride after the upgrades felt great! Was happy with my purchase. I went back to get Time Trial Fitted to help me maximize performance on my upcoming IronMan 70.3 event. Thank you Steve for the help! I will continue to go back for more. Can't wait to upgrade my Giant to a Canyon SpeedMax. One Day! Until that day comes, Ill continue to ride my Giant Trinity and get it serviced at The Cyclery Bike Shop!

Went to go pick it up, they couldn't find my bike, and eventually they did because it was stored outside. Not sure if they always leave customers bikes outside when the shop is open. My biggest complaint is that I went to ride my road bike and the front tire was flat. They're supposed to inflate and inspect the tires. Had to drive back home and looked at it myself. The tire and tube was pierced by what looked like a thorn? My tire/tube weren't flat when I took it in or when I last rode it. No way to know when it truly was damaged. But not happy about having a flat right after it was tuned up and the I have to do my own maintenance. What's the point of even paying for them to tune up my bike? Not sure if I will come back in the future honestly

As an avid mountain biker looking for an affordable entry-level gravel bike for winter training, I…read morelanded on the Poseidon X (Gen 3) after hours of research and video reviews. The initial experience was fantastic. I was impressed by the $5.98 "free" return shipping and exchange offer, which gave me peace of mind regarding sizing and color. The Pros: * Shipping & Packaging: The bike arrived quickly. I specifically appreciated that it was shipped in a box with a TV printed on it...a clever way to ensure couriers handle it with care. * Assembly: Setting it up was a breeze. Poseidon provides excellent guides and video resources that made the process quick and easy. * The Ride: Now that it's built, I genuinely enjoy the bike. It's exactly what I needed for training when the trails are covered in snow. The Cons (Where things took a turn): Two days after the bike arrived, I realized I had accidentally used the wrong credit card for the purchase (entirely my mistake). Given the great service up to that point, I reached out to see if they could simply swap the payment method. I was told this was impossible because the order was fulfilled, with no further explanation or effort to help. To use the correct card, my only option was to utilize that "$5.98 return shipping." This is where the policy feels "sneaky." I discovered there is a 15% restocking fee, plus additional charges if the bike has been removed from the box or ridden. That 15% fee more than covers the cost of shipping and makes the "hassle-free" marketing feel very misleading. Final Verdict: I sent two follow-up emails pleading my case and have since been completely ghosted by their team. It's a huge bummer because the bike itself is solid, but the rigid customer service and the "fine print" on their return policy left a very sour taste in my mouth. Buy it for the bike, but be 100% certain about your purchase before you hit "Order," because "hassle-free" it is not.

Unless you can go there and try it out, no! Returns are just about impossible. Go to a local bike…read moreshop instead.
