I did get to speak to the vet on the phone afterwards, but I didn't like not being able to meet them in person and be there for the exam. We could have worn masks- even though my son and I are both fully vaccinated. They were thorough though and gave us lots of materials to reference. It turned out to be a calcium deficiency. They wanted to do bloodwork, but it was very expensive, so we opted to address the problem via diet and see how she does. They weren't pushy about it like a lot of vets are. So that was refreshing. All in all a good first experience with them. I would go back. Hopefully they get rid of the Covid precautions now that most people are vaccinated. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of the rigid Covid precautions that didn't seem necessary in June 2021.
