I don't want anyone else's babies to go through that treatment ever again! You guys need to be shut down! When I brought in my dogs for their vaccinations, they completely missed the date of one of my dogs rabies vaccination and he ended up being unvaccinated for months. When I called them about this, the person who answered the phone didn't apologize and was very flippant about it. I had to advocate for an apology, and it was only at that point that they offered to comp the cost of the appointment. Then this month, one of my dog's was sick, and I had to wait three days for an appointment b/c they had only had one vet on staff. We finally got bloodwork done and I was told we'd hear back from the doctor the next day. I called at 4pm the next day as I hadn't heard anything (mind you, my dog still is sick), and they weren't able to tell me anything. I then had to call back again at 11am the following day, and a diagnosis of diabetes was delivered over the phone by a receptionist - with no empathy, no explanation, no walking me through a care plan, or what to expect, etc. They then told me I had to go to ANOTHER vet down the road to learn how to administer insulin. It was horrendous, and to this day, no one has called to follow up to see how he's even doing or what the status is. All that to say, we're now happy customers down the road at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and generous. I recommend them as an alternative to this place.

Dr. Acosta is a life saver! Literally! She was able to diagnose a few things that my old vet…read moremissed - the biggest one being chronic Lyme disease. Her professionalism, bedside manner and competence are beyond anything I have ever seen. Rocky is so afraid of going to the vet clinic, I literally had to pull him with all my strength. Since we've been having Dr Acosta do house calls, we are so relieved. She is fast, punctual, caring, and on top of it. We are thrilled to have found Dr Acosta and her prices are even better than what we were paying at Rocky's former clinic. Dr Acosta's way with animals and her caring demeanor is wonderful. Our dog warmed up to her right away even though he is afraid of everything and everyone. We've referred several other pet-owners to her and they have all been blown away by her expertise and ease around animals. No more sitting in waiting rooms while your pet is struggling to escape the smell of urine and disinfectants. She has now diagnosed several illnesses and even removed a fatty lipoma. We trust her 100% with our beloved Rocky. She truly cares about our pet - never felt that she didn't have time to answer our questions or address our concerns.

Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision.
