Great insights and guidance to what's possible. Now the details When we rebuilt our house, after losing it in a wildfire, we were not looking forward to more rebuilding. Our backyard was a mud pit and needless to say required a lot of work. When we first began looking for landscape contractors, we obtained six estimates before deciding to work with Chris. Chris came out and took his time walking our yard and talked with us in great detail about the drainage system we needed, given that our lot is a good 2 feet higher than the two lots behind us. We found him to be much more knowledgeable and thorough then any of the other contractors we talked to. He also really understood our vision of what we wanted and offered great guidance from his expertise. He communicated wonderfully throughout each job he has done for us. We have hired him 3 times for drainage, irrigation, paving stones, lattice extension on fence, building pergola and building deck for hot tub, built outdoor shower, and put in trees. I'm sure I'm leaving stuff out, but just know he can do it all. We also use his company for regular yard maintenance and have had a wonderful experience with Richard his lawn maintenance guy. We highly recommend Chris for any and all of your landscaping, upgrading, rebuilding needs!! Please see before and after pictures attached!

The crew removed the old shrubs and ground the stumps, dug the holes for the 15-gallon Oleanders, planted them with rich compost they hauled in, and finally installed drip irrigation. The end result is fantastic, and the new shrubs will soon provide an attractive border screen along the fence line. Ben and the SRT crew were a joy to work with, and completed the whole job in less than a day. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, and the end result speaks for itself. We have hired Ben's team many times over the years for all types of tree care and planting, and they have always provided excellent service at reasonable rates. Many thanks Ben, Michael, and Videl for another job well done, and we look forward to calling you for our next project!

One thing that really stood out is that they noticed our old driveway had the wrong slope and that the approach up to the front porch was too steep. They corrected the driveway so it now has a proper slope toward the road and added a new step for us -- at no additional cost. That was not something we asked for, but something they caught. Everything was done exactly on schedule and exactly at the agreed price. No surprises. They also worked smoothly with another contractor we had on site at the same time. Before they left, the cleanup was immaculate. Several of our neighbors noticed how nice the driveway was looking. We are very happy with this. Competitive pricing, quality work, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Rene, Alex, and Navarrete Concrete.
