Let me explain: you see, the Hollywood Bowl lots are all stacked parking, meaning you'll be trapped in your spot until all the cars in front of you leave. So if you happen to need to leave right away, you can't until the cars blocking you move. The last time we drove ourselves in and parked, we had to wait almost an hour before we finally were able to extricate our car from the lot. So do yourself a favor and take one of the convenient Park and Ride shuttle buses! You can buy advance tickets via Ticketmaster (recommended as it's a few dollars cheaper if you do this) or buy them the day of at the Park and Ride. But if you choose to wait, if it's a popular show, you might not be guaranteed to get on one of the buses. I believe tix are $7 each online, and $10 at the bus (but don't quote me!). They have quite a few choices as buses leave out of Westwood, Torrance, Chatsworth, Ventura, The LA Zoo, Lakewood, and Pasadena. We usually leave from the Lakewood lot which is located inside the parking lot of the Lakewood Mall behind the Forever 21. I'd recommend you opt for one of the earlier shuttles, just in case. I used the shuttle for a Killers concert many years back and our driver actually got lost and we ended up arriving as the opening act finished. I was none too happy that I missed The Psychedlic Furs' set. So the earlier shuttles are better IMHO in case anything happens on your shuttle ride. The total ride is usually about 40 mins. If your show happens to be on a weekday in rush hour, expect longer transit times. Once your Hollywood Bowl show is over, you should make your way back down to the shuttle loading area (walk all the way down the hill and into the under-street tunnel. Take the first exit up to the right and you'll pop up to catch the Lakewood line. They tell you when you arrive which Shuttle number you should return to, but if you forget - don't worry, they have lots of friendly shuttle employees who will gladly help you. It's cost-effective, fast, and super convenient. This is the only way we ever travel to the bowl. Thanks, HB shuttle!

Not including airfare) My mom ended up booking one of these tours and also purchased her airfare at this location as a set package. Street parking almost always available on Atlantic This small office has three desks and the employees are reachable through the phone most of the time. The lady my mom dealt with was very responsive and sent out pamphlets and itineraries via email in a pretty reasonable time frame. Overall, The people here are pretty helpful and very accommodating. They are also willing to take time for any questions and whatnot.

I honestly had more legroom and reclining angle than my first class United flight. The company: This company is new to the States, so don't be fooled by the price of $19: it is NOT a budget service. The space is pretty dominated by Flixbus and Greyhound, so they understandably have to position themselves lower to enter the market. Many people seem to not know about this bus or are just too afraid to try it. There were only 5-6 people total on my trip so they are 100% operating at a major loss right now. The experience: I took a bus from LA to Vegas. Bus arrived 20 minutes before departure time, and I immediately boarded. There are tons of homeless around, but if you are worried about your luggage getting snatched, the bus driver is there to guard it until departure. My driver was the kindest gentleman ever- he noticed I didn't get off at the rest stop, and asked if I was gonna go eat anything and even offered me the snack box. I never got this kind of service from Megabus or anywhere else. At the rest stop, I would laugh at the Flixbus riders who paid more just to be packed from front to back. We arrived on time, and the driver helped me get my luggage. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I saw the reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway, and I'm glad I did. Don't sleep on this service! As they become profitable and sustainable, the price will certainly go up, and there will be more people on board. Obviously your experience may differ from mine, depending on the driver I guess.

I have used other shuttle companies like Prime Time Shuttle, but the problem is they determine what time I have to leave for the airport. I had to leave for the airport at 12:30pm when my flight was at 10pm at night because Prime Time Shuttle had I guess other passengers in my area that were leaving around that time. With Lucky Shuttle, they pick me up whenever I want to get picked up so I don't waste my time at the airport.
