Creo que recibimos más de lo que esperábamos, por lo que pagamos. Las guías del tour (Concha e Irene) fueron fabulosas: amables, atentas, protectoras, y sobre todo super experimentadas. Saben exactamente el dónde, cuándo y cómo en cada país y ciudad. Nosotros compramos hotel calidad Superior y pagamos por el Paquete plus. Los hoteles (con un par de excepciones) fueron buenísimos y sus desayunos-buffet e-x-c-e-l-e-n-t-e-s. El paquete Plus nos permitió adquirir con anticipación y a un buen precio actividades extras que cuando llegamos estaban mucho más caras o no estaban disponibles (Torre Eiffel, Paseo en Góndola, visita al Vaticano, etc.). Los choferes de los autobuses amables, atentos, responsables y muy seguros. Buen autobús con aire acondicionado y tomas de corriente para recargar los teléfonos. La majoria de los participantes era gente de países de habla Hispana y la mayoría muy amables y contentos de vivir esta experiencia. Este no es un comentario pagado, es totalmente voluntario. La verdad es que teníamos muchas dudas acerca de los tours y en hacer una inversión de este tamaño en Viatur. Buscamos reviews pero no había muchos. Our family of five (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and our 7-year-old) just finished the 22-day "Europe of Always" tour, nine countries, twenty-three cities, and it was incredible! I think we got more than we expected for what we paid. The tour guides (Concha and Irene) were fabulous: kind, attentive, protective, and above all, super experienced. They know exactly where, when, and how to go about each country and city. We purchased a Superior hotel and paid for the Plus Package. The hotels (with a couple of exceptions) were excellent, and their buffet breakfasts were ex-c-e-l-e-n-t-e-n-t. The Plus Package allowed us to purchase extra activities in advance and at a good price that were either much more expensive or unavailable when we arrived (Eiffel Tower, Gondola Ride, Vatican visit, etc.). The bus drivers were friendly, attentive, responsible, and very safe. A good bus with air conditioning and power outlets for charging phones. Most of the participants were from Spanish-speaking countries, and most were very friendly and happy to have this experience. This is not a paid review; it's entirely voluntary. The truth is, we had many doubts about the tours and about making such a large investment in Viatur. We looked for reviews, but there weren't many. These comments are for those of you who are planning the trip of a lifetime. Viatur and Mapa Plus delivered everything they promised in writing.
