Was in OC for a wedding. Made the mistake of using this company. First, the guy was late. So of course we were late. The car was hot and there was a bit of an odor inside, I'm not sure how to describe it, like a moldy smell. Then of course the guy had an attitude. I mean, really? Attitude on top of everything else? This was the worst service ever. So we told him not to wait around, we'd get a ride some other way. An uber would be better than this company. He got paid but he was mad he wasn't getting a tip. Russ was on time, courteous and charged a reasonable fee. We were transported home in a spotless Cadillac Limo and Russ was waiting for us in the arrivals area to help with the bags as well as drive us comfortably home. He even asked us, since it was after dinner time (we flew in from Barcelona), if we wanted to stop to pick up some food or to stop at a market on the way to our house. I have used this service for over 20 years for trips where we don't want to leave our car at the airport or when we will be exhausted upon our return from a very long journey. I have also sent a town car for pick ups that are late at night or times when I simply don't want to drive to LAX from south Orange County. This service is so professional and so on time that it is a pleasure working with them. One time, I had my daughter picked up at LAX for what was scheduled to be 11:00 pm. Turns out, her plane was weather delayed in Chicago for 7 hours. Rather than staying up all night myself, Russ tracked the progress of the flight and drove to Ontario airport at 6 am the following morning to retrieve her. Now, that is what I call service.
