I worked closely with the owner Yolanda via cell phone and she was very responsive and great to work with. They arrived on time and took the kids to Mission Escape Room in Anaheim, followed by dinner at Lazy Dog Restaurant, and capped it off driving by Disneyland to waste some time. Our driver was Francisco and he was excellent. We would highly recommend First Class for anyone looking for a limo or a party bus. The previous company I used was an astonishing $500 more than First Class and the next close was $400 more. Our go-to for big parties or a night out will be First Class moving forward.

Once inside, the AC wasn't working and it was hot (it was working when I checked it out a few weeks prior), the sound system sounded horrible, almost as if a speaker was blown out/super staticky, and the driver didn't even open the door for us to get in. I had to open the door for my wife and I as the driver just stood by watching. During our reception, I received a few calls from the owner asking me why I didn't tip his driver. I explained to him that the AC wasn't working, the sound system was busted, and the driver didn't even open our door to get in. The owner ignored my explanation, totally negated what I just told him, and kept on insisting I give him an answer as to why I didn't tip his driver. I told the owner if he was so concerned about the driver's tip, that he should tip him using the extra hour I paid for (which we didn't even use). Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. On the day of the event, we were not properly informed that they were unable to provide the bus we had actually reserved. Instead, they showed up with an old, dirty bus that had ants inside and was completely unacceptable for transporting children on such an important day. What made the situation even worse was the timing. They arrived right when we needed to leave for the church, essentially putting us in a position where they seemed to expect us to simply accept the replacement and move forward because we had no time to find another option. I immediately contacted the company to address the issue, but unfortunately, they offered no reasonable solution. I was left with no choice but to cancel the service on the spot and scramble to figure out transportation at the last minute.
