We had quite a bit of luggage (2 passengers and 5+ bags) and he generously accommodated us. I would recommend to let him know about your luggage situation in advance. I was worried about the LAX traffic on Friday night (as I have missed a flight before) but fortunately he knows his way around the place and got us there earlier than expected. On our second trip home, Vick kindly double-checked our flight details when there was a timezone mix-up during our route from Korea to HK to LA. I offered to pay in cash, but he insisted he didn't have change. When I rounded up the fare, all of sudden he had change. I am not sure if the company is aware of what their drivers do.
