Parking can be a bit of circling as they have a large amount of members that come to this location. Once inside, the line moved decently. It probably took about 15 minutes to get up to the front. Once, I handled my transaction, I was out of the bank fairly quickly. Would definitely come again if I needed to go inside.

A couple of attempts were made by text and phone to contact the dealer to get an update/status on delivery of title as it was getting close to expiration of the first temporary tag that was issued. No call back or responses were received. The first temporary tag expired on May 31, 2025. I then had to request an extension of the temporary tag which is due to expire on June 30, 2025. At this time we were told by the Tax Commissioner's office that the dealer had not completed all necessary paperwork required to complete the process for delivery of the title. My wife was finally able to speak with Samuel Kuria on/around May 31, 2025 and once again on/around June 11, 2025. On both occasions Mr. Kuria mentioned he had been out of the office and would be working on completing the title work process. As of to date title has not been received. No further responses, communications or updates have been received from Mr. Kuria or Epicity Auto Finance. There has been poor communication throughout the process. We have fully paid for a vehicle and do not have title nor can we obtain a permanent tag for registration.

They also did a second up on call to make sure that I was actually on the way which I actually was five minutes away at the time The representative that called me said the original person that was supposed to help me had to go for the day so she's gonna help assist me when I get there. Long story short I met with the new representative who basically just wasted my time and told me unfortunately I was no longer approved at the verify two forms of ID. I was very furious and walked out because at the end of the day you guys called me to come in just to waste my time. I could've been told that over the phone instead of two different people calling me telling me I was approved just for me to come in to sign paperwork for you guys to tell her how to tell me that I was no longer approved. Very unacceptable. Not all of us have time to be waste.

They told me that the clearcoat was redone on this vehicle and that everything was in good working condition. then they talked me into putting down $1000 deposit which I was very skeptical of. I drove from Tennessee to Georgia to pick up this vehicle and it was pouring the rain when I got there the vehicle was filthy so I didn't look it over as good as I should have. Once I got it home I discovered that someone had repainted the hood, the front fenders, and the roof, but this person should never have a paint gun in their hand because it was horrible the clearcoat on the doors and the tailgate is in terrible condition. I got an estimate to fix the paint issues and it's over $3200. I have replaced the CV axles, struts and shocks, and brakes and rotors on this vehicle as well as repaired/repainted several interior panels because of the damage. The bottom line here is if going to purchase a vehicle from these people make sure that you thoroughly check everything before you buy.
