That car was also a gem and I was sad to see it go... but love the BMW much more! This sports coup is pure joy to drive, and it came with run-flat tires that I had ZERO experience with. I did the research AFTER the car was shipped to me from GA to VT ($650) and found that these high-performance tires were the best you could get in this category, so that was a very pleasant surprise, and they DO PERFORM, especially with the option to down shift without a clutch in either full automatic or the manual. What a GREAT TRANSMISSION DESIGN! The only issues I've had in a year were 1) a slow leak in the coolant, which was virtually eliminated with a half can of Bar's Leaks 1186 Liquid Aluminum Stop Leak - 16.9 oz. and an occasional top off of about 36 oz. every twelve hundred miles or so of the proper anti-freeze... 2) The second issue remains unresolved because the BMW experts (not Jet Auto) shipped the wrong part for the windshield washer tank. (See picture) As it turns out the coup and the 4-door sedan use different sized tanks, and I will fix this again when I get tired of adding a half gallon (~$2) every two or three weeks. When I keep the tank half full the leak isn't as fast so I'm guessing the point of failure must be above that level. 3) I do find myself checking and filling these "run-flat tires" every few weeks and before any long trips. I do drive aggressively from time to time since we have some beautiful mountainous slalom roads up here and prefer to keep these tires at the recommended PSI (35R and 32F) just to be safe. The few pounds I need to put in may be from potholes or just the turns this car takes so magnificently. What a joy to drive! I have ZERO complaints with Jete Auto and Greg who did a superb job AGAIN for me and on SHORT NOTICE! After doing my research before buying this vehicle, I had budgeted $2,500 a year as "normal maintenance" expenses. I am so far below that $ figure that I decided to treat "Blue" to a new windshield since the rubber seal around it had begun to dry rot and flake, which after 16 years I didn't consider that to be an issue whatsoever and am now enjoying the perfect view. I've rambled on long enough but after seeing some of the poor (and perhaps unfair) reviews, decided I needed to add my 2 cents. Take this as TWO REVIEWS since I spent 5 months looking for the 1st car Greg sold me and probably that many DAYS the second time around since he had already earned my trust and respect. Being able to shop nationwide and absorb the shipping cost allows us all to get cleaner RUST-FREE vehicles from areas far outside regions like here in in the Northeast. Good luck on your search.

I'll just give an update on mine that I bought. I took it for an inspection a week after purchase…read moreand paid 7k in repairs. Major issues like emergency break in pieces and safety bags not operable. Whatever paid for that. So December was when that happened, late April the check engine light came on for misfires. Took it back to the Nissan dealership replaced ignition coils the whole clutch package and their was a transmission leak. Anotjer 7k. A week after the shop while driving the car stopped accelerating and stalled. Now waiting to see what that is. I say all this to say I have basically paid for a new car and I was lucky I had just got back pay and could do it but it's looking more and more that I will have to trash it with 27,000 loss and a lot of people can't absorb that kind of crap. I can't really either and Nobody wants to throw away money no matter how much you may have. I implore you to not be like me and I see others who have had similar situations on the internet. Don't be next. This was a car for a teenager which is why I went used but hindsight 20/20 as they say.

The radio/Bluetooth/sound system did not work despite being advertised as a vehicle feature. I was told to take it to the Ford Dealer at my own expense for repair. I was in shock and disbelief at the harsh treatment I received when I literally just purchased the vehicle not to mention planned to purchase another vehicle and already recommended this business to a friend. However, I would now not make any future purchases or recommend anyone do business with this dealership especially a single woman. If a customer brings an issue to your attention prior to leaving the lot it should be corrected. Based on the reaction I believe they were fully aware of the issue and since I had signed the check could care less. The dealership is at least 30-40 miles from my home and I took Uber to pick the car up. By the time the purchase was complete my phone was dead so I couldn't take Uber home, it was getting late, and I really felt like I had no choice but to drive home for my own safety. I the past I have only bought cars from the dealership never from a local car lot. Based on this experience I will never buy from a local car lot again. If there is an undisclosed issue at the dealership before you leave the lot I am certain they will correct it. I found this vehicle on cargurus.com and the dealer was listed as In Motion Motors but on all the paperwork it is listed as Magnetism Motors.

IQAutos posts very clear photos of their inventory for clear transparency of what you are buying, especially for their huge Tesla inventory. They know what photos to display in their listings so you don't have to ask too many questions (Car computer version/actual current range). They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. Shout out to Tony who was very responsive and knowledgeable of Tesla's throughout the entire transaction. If I ever purchase another Tesla, it will likely be from them. My son had a terrible accident on 285 that left his car totaled in May of this year. And, of course, my insurance company low balled the payout for the total loss of the vehicle. I had spent over $4K in rental car fees with Enterprise as I searched feverishly for a replacement car for him but ran into so many shady dealers until Cargurus brought me to MSincos in July. My son and I drove quite a distance to Marcel's car lot and test drove a couple RAV4s. I was really shocked at Marcel's kind and honest demeanor and immediately, I knew this was the place and the person I wanted to do business with. My son liked him too which doesn't come easy (lol). I can't tell you how many texts and phone calls Marcel fielded in trying to help me but it was a lot ! He never changed his approach in dealing with us the way he would want someone to deal with him. Needless to say, I fell in love with this man's heart in the process and consider him a friend. We settled on a 2013 RAV4 XLE that was loaded with all the features my son wanted and one that Marcel just threw in upon request! Marcel gave me a great, no hassle, deal and he has earned a customer for life. I drove the car home in pouring rain and it was such a smooth ride - likely the only time I'll drive it because my son never lets me drive his car even though I paid for it . Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience…read more My experience at Stone Mountain Volkswagen was unacceptable and unprofessional from start to finish. My initial interaction was with a sales representative named David, whose communication style was condescending and dismissive. During our conversation, he told me I should "stay in my lane" because I do not work in finance. That comment was not only inappropriate, it was uninformed. I had to explain that I hold an MBA, previously worked in banking for 12 years, and currently work for a company that provides business accounting software. His tone and remarks reflected poor customer service and a lack of basic respect. I left the dealership due to this interaction. Afterward, I was contacted by the Sales Manager, Brandon, who apologized and asked me to return so they could "make it right." I agreed and returned with my boyfriend. We were then seated with Ishmael, who handled negotiations professionally. We clearly stated that if the deal could be finalized at $46,500 out the door, we would move forward immediately. Ishmael took the offer to Brandon, who initially agreed to the terms. However, that agreement was retracted once Brandon learned I would be using my credit union. At that point, Brandon stated the dealership would only honor a higher price ($46,900) if I used their preferred lender, whose APR was significantly higher than my credit union's. This practice raises serious concerns. Under Georgia consumer protection and auto sales laws, buyers have the right to: *Use their own lender or credit union *Receive transparent pricing *Avoid tied selling, where pricing is contingent on using a specific financing source *Be free from bait-and-switch tactics or deceptive trade practices Conditioning a negotiated price on the use of a higher-interest, dealer preferred lender is ethically questionable and potentially violates Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts in consumer transactions. This dealership had multiple opportunities to correct the situation and failed. The apology did not align with the actions that followed. I would strongly caution other buyers to: *Get all pricing in writing *Be prepared for pressure around financing *Know your rights under Georgia auto sales laws Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stone Mountain Volkswagen. Respect, transparency, and ethical dealings were clearly lacking.
