On the day we arrived with our daughter to pick up the car, Amish had the car set up with one of the big bows, so we were able to surprise her. Amish even videoed us surprising her. The repairs and items that needed to be addressed were all completed, and well done. However, Queen Motors had no issue with fixing the problem. I do recommend Queen Motors. My car runs great, and I have no complaints. I do wish they would have washed it for me when purchasing it. The car wasn't dirty at all, I just wanted to drive off the lot with the tires shining, etc. But hey, you get what you pay for. Not even a week later, the engine completely gave out. After taking it to a trusted mechanic, I was told the motor was in terrible shape and should have never been sold in that condition--especially not at the price I paid. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they were completely unhelpful, rude, and unwilling to take any responsibility. It's obvious they only care about making a quick sale, not about being honest or doing right by their customers. I feel completely ripped off and misled.
