As a buyer, I know that it is my responsibility to have a car checked before purchasing. However, items that should have been taken care of by the dealership were obviously over looked. The tires were worn beyond bald, the car had not passed emissions, and maintenance had not been done. Also, I just had to make a loan payment on the car I traded in because they have yet to send in the check to the bank.... Yea, I am paying on a car that they now own because they haven't paid off the original loan for the trade... All in all, very in happy. *update* After calling the dealership, I will say that they have been willing to help. John, the sales Representative said he would call me back after speaking to the sales manager. Hopefully they can right this situation.
