The owner recommended that because they buy fresh and can never determine the heat. Great idea. I tasted first and then layered the sweet peppery heat to my liking. It also came with dipping sauce options for the fries. I went with the Mississippi style comeback sauce. Found myself topping the chilies with it. What a great tasting, burger. Well seasoned patty, great cheese and salad combo and the spice and zing from the peppers complemented the comeback.
