Grilled home made burger patty with the choice of plump and juicy or smashed. Melted cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles on a jalapeño bun. I got the green chilies on the side. The owner recommended that because they buy fresh and can never determine the heat. Great idea. I tasted first and then layered the sweet peppery heat to my liking. Well it was more than a simple hamburger steak, potato and salad, it was absolutely delicious and more than I could eat, the staff took care of my every need making sure I was happy.
