It can be rectified easily. Just here to warn you that if the location is out of an item they won't fill the order at all. There is no way to cancel an order through the app and receive a refund. The store itself cannot refund you nor fill your order. We were told that because they ran out of cheese bites that they could not fill the order. We responded by saying we don't mind missing the cheese bites if they could just fill the rest of the order. That is not an option per their policy. That's fine but the app SUCKS. There is no way to talk to a live agent. The best response that I've gotten is that I will be reached out to by email within 48 hours. The digital assistant has no reading comprehension. I wish that the order could be filled despite being out of one item. I would rather loose $4 than $30. I am very disappointed in the customer support.
