I can't say enough about Rick as a person and as a business owner. Currently in the process of having my shutters evaluated and placed. There are certain aspects of it (given it was built in the 1950s) that make the application of shutters much more difficult. Ok, so my review is so long overdue! Only because Rick did our shutters around April 2013 and we were so busy that we forgot to write a review till now. Overall his service was great, price was reasonable, and product is excellent. As of today, the shutters he installed for us are in excellent condition. Rick was right, it is low maintenance (haha I don't clean much) and simply just wipe towel and water; when it gets hot and by closing the blinds make a big difference keeping the heat out; the magnet on the bottom of the shutters makes closing them easily and vice versa. Although overall it's a 5 star, he did forgot to come back and correct one of the blinds in our garage as he promised to reorder for the correct size. Over time I think both of us forgot to follow up on it. Let's say even though he forgot, it didn't stop us from referring him to a couple of friends in Azusa and Monterey Park. read more

Of the 4 companies we received quotes from, his product was very nice and his prices were right in the middle: not the most expensive and not the cheapest.
