I priced repairs on my subaru- most quoted $500 so I didnt go through insurance. I went to Ricks because of a fb recommendation and because the two other places did not appear to want this small job and barely gave me the time of day. I've had my car worked on by Rick personally multiple times, and my car is very old and not easy to do work on anymore. Yet he takes the time to make sure everything was perfect. I was once in a wreck and my car is such an old model that they don't make certain parts anymore. Rick special ordered me parts and made it look as if the crash never happened. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had the misfortune of needing repairs to both of my cars AND my mother's car in a short amount of time. The first time I went there for an estimate I was apprehensive just because I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars and have always had that fear that someone would try to rip me off. Not here. The first time I went, Rick Jr. was kind enough to temporarily screw my bumper back to my car so that it wouldn't fall off on the way home! And when I picked up one of my cars, it was parked with the side view mirrors tucked in. Little things like this show that they are caring and professional. Rick, Sr. was also very helpful when I had to take my mother's car in. Angela at the front desk was always pleasant and communicated everything well. Prices were not only reasonable but on one occasion I was encouraged to find a part for my car online for cheaper than what they could get it for. Clearly not trying to rip people off. I hope that I never need to use their service again, but in case I do, I would go there first. Highly highly recommend this place. read more
