My husband and I went to his home for a consultation and he seemed nice enough, presented all he would do, so we decided to hire him and paid the deposit. We paid him as we went and he's been paid in full. This has been a slow process at which one point he went missing in action, he moved his residence and did not notify us nor the city as to where to contact him. After repeated calls (which his phone message is not set up to leave messages), and emails. I had to hunt him down through Instagram and contact his assistant. Do not use him. We had a project consisting of a simple detached 20 x 20 garage, along with converting our attached garage to a family room and bathroom. We have had the city out on inspections and two of them were not signed off because of his errors on the plans. He has been paid in full and we have yet after two years to receive an accurate set of plans, which I have asked him for 10+ times. I don't like to complain, however, I would not want this to happen to anyone else. Horrible experience. I agree with Joe S's comment. A complaint to the California Architect Board will be sent, as I would be remiss if I didn't. S T A Y A W A Y

When Jake arrived, he told me he is going to look at the roof as if he knew nothing about what happened, which he did. I received the estimate and gave him the job. Jake kept me informed every step of the way. It was service unlike any I had experienced here in the desert. When there was a problem with the previous company's work, Jake explained it to me and corrected it. During this time, Jake went above and beyond to make sure my roof and the adjoining fascia boards were fixed and painted properly.
