His construction team, Kevin and his crew were quick to restore the island once the water on the island was dry enough to work on. Melting/bubbling sheathing around wire, from an electrician that didn't tighten the screw on the panel bar (which is required as part of their work). Resistance- heating wire- melting plastic. Eventually this would have resulted in serious consequences that I never would have caught until it was too late. Based on my experience the state of the trades out there doing these "smaller" jobs is nose diving in quality. Hiring Terry, or someone just as good, is a necessity if you live on the peninsula.
