We recently worked with Eagle One Inspection for our home inspection, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was how far above and beyond he went to make sure we understood every aspect of the home. He took the time to walk us through their findings, answer all of our questions, and explain potential concerns in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail gave us confidence in making one of the biggest decisions of our lives. The inspection report was detailed, organized, and delivered quickly, providing clear explanations and photos that helped us prioritize any needed repairs or maintenance. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that Eagle One genuinely cared about helping us make an informed decision rather than simply completing the inspection. If you're looking for a trustworthy, honest, and highly skilled home inspection company, we highly recommend Eagle One Inspection. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their clients are second to none. Thank you for helping make our home-buying experience a positive one! 5 :s read more

We're first-time homebuyers, and I don't normally write reviews, but this was a great experience. Richard was extremely thorough, and what I found most valuable were the recommendations for the next steps/repairs/add-ons beyond just a list of what is and isn't wrong. We spoke with him over the phone, and our realtor agreed that his report, patience, and the details he provided were excellent. He was patient and happy to answer our many questions. Would happily use again. read more

Richard is an incredible Home Inspector. He has done 2 inspections for us and each time has been very detailed and thorough. The reports provided are very easy to understand and provide clear directions on what needs to be repaired/ fixed or replaced within the home. Richard provided the reports in a very timely manner and is great at communicating with us. I would highly recommend using Richard. After our first contract broke down and we went into contract on the next home it was a no brainer to have him conduct the inspection on the new home. read more

This was our first time using Eagle One Home Inspections as we are real estate agents out of the area. Richard was responsive and flexible with our inspection schedule when we had some unexpected delays with the purchase of the home - very much appreciated! His report was detailed, easy to navigate and included lots of pictures to help illustrate his findings. Richard even spent time with the buyers to go over maintenance recommendations and safety items identified following the inspection. A very thorough and consensus home inspection service. Buying a home in Ripon- eagle ones approach gave us all we needed to ensure each item is working before we move in.

This company did our home inspection while we brought our six children and five of which kept running throughout the house. This company was very professional even when my kids bumped into him a couple times. He was not easily distracted and completed the inspection in a good amount of time while we were there. They come out within a couple days of calling them. They are real reasonable for their price, and you get a great attention to detail in the report on things throughout the house. I would highly recommend him to any of my own clients, as well as anyone needing a home inspection. He is no doubt professional in what he does. read more
