Buying a home in Ripon- eagle ones approach gave us all we needed to ensure each item is working before we move in.

This company did our home inspection while we brought our six children and five of which kept running throughout the house. This company was very professional even when my kids bumped into him a couple times. He was not easily distracted and completed the inspection in a good amount of time while we were there. They come out within a couple days of calling them. They are real reasonable for their price, and you get a great attention to detail in the report on things throughout the house. I have never seen an inspection report as detailed as this company. In the report there is colored ink to flag your eye on things that need immediate attention, pictures with arrows showing the problem, and the owner was very responsive for questions, scheduling, etc. read more
