Unfortunately, my tenants contacted me last week (Feb 2019) and told me the garbage disposal had stopped working. I really enjoyed Raymond's work so I contacted him again. He was slower to respond this time. It took him 2 days and I had to send a reminder message. He said he could stop by after 1pm the following day so I arranged to have a tenant home for him. Later that evening my tenant said he never showed up. I followed up and he apologized. He said he'd work around their schedule so I gave him a few times they would be available. He never responded. I followed up 2 days later and still no response. The 2 stars is only because my first experience was pleasant, but I'm very disappointed in his lack of response and professionalism.
