After my clients moved in there was a line leaking from the A/C in the attic causing more damage to the unit and water damage to the ceiling, the insurance sent out professionals who stated the A/C was damaged from the condensation line which had previously been repaired and there was repair work done in the attic previously. None of this was noted by the Home Inspector Osvaldo Reyes (owner), and when my clients called them and reported this he only stated he would give back the amount of the inspection cost and then would not respond any further.
