We drove a ways out of town for appointments and even moved out of state during the last half of treatment, but it was worth it to receive the excellent care at Dr. Dana's office. At our first appointment, she took the time to hear our concerns about previous treatments and created a personal plan that made us feel comfortable and would still get the job done. The payment plan options made it doable as well. We moved out of state before COVID happened, so we didn't get to deal with the many in-office inconveniences that others have mentioned in their reviews; our experience was that Dr. Dana went out of her way to stay in contact virtually and to mail out aligners and give very clear instructions. My daughter is now finished with Invisalign and is very happy with the results. All the extras in the office (earning tokens, signing the ceiling tiles) along with Dr. Dana's commitment to helping others worldwide help make for a more personalized and enjoyable experience during a growing-up season that is not always very fun!

I didn't doubt that at the time. After the extraction he talks to me about the rest and asked what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted a mouth full of teeth that didn't cause me any problems. He talked me into dentures which I was a bit hesitant about but with his encouragement I went ahead and agreed. A month or so later I went back and had 21 teeth pulled in less than an hour. He shoved a pair of ill fitting dentures in my mouth and sent me on my way. He tells me I get 4 realignment's if needed. I went back after a few months of healing and not eating to have them realigned. Didn't work so another month rolls by and I go back and again the realignment didn't work. Third time I go and he charges me $180 bucks so we could save a couple for when I get the permeant dentures. Months go by and I never hear from them so I call and ask what's up and they say they've waiting on me to make up my mind about implants. Keep in mind that I've told him many times I didn't want implants. So finally I go back and he tells me that the $6380.00 that I've paid doesn't cover the permanent dentures! He wants another $2000.00 outta me. I raised a little hell and he says he will make it right and only charge me $1200.00 for the permanent dentures that were supposed to be covered in the original $6200.00. Then after 4 or 5 more visits he finally hands me this pair of dentures. The tops are a different shade of white from the bottoms and the fit is not good. At this point I didn't give a damn I just wanted done with this guy. The office staff was great, no complaints there but Dr. Ramos is a joke. I have yet to eat a whole meal without some issue with these teeth. Looking back I never would have gotten dentures at least not from Greeley Modern Dentistry and Dr. Ramos. 0 stars if I could. Also when I got the dentures Dr. Ramos did a checkup that lasted .02 seconds and who knows what he charged my insurance.

Once we got to the back we realized that your staff was working diligently to see all the patients and we patiently waited our turn. Banitha was the technician assigned to clean my son's teeth. ( I certainly hope that I spelled name correctly). Honestly, where did you get her and are there more where you found her?!?! In all seriousness, Banitha's "bedside " manner, the disposition with which she handles children, the care and consistency displayed during consultation-- all of this is what makes her, I believe, an irreplaceable asset to this practice and office. She cares. She is personable. She has a child friendly sense of humor! She respects the children and the children respect and trust her. In spite of the long wait time and the agony of having to go to visit the dentist, our son completely enjoyed his experience at the dentist. At. The. DENTIST!!!!! He has zero cavities! At Dental Care, I was given a treatment plan that seemed to include crowns on nearly every tooth, which felt very excessive and overwhelming. At another dental office, I was treated much better. I didn't feel judged, and the staff seemed more focused on preserving my natural teeth and finding other practical treatment options. After being evaluated there, I was told that I only needed two crowns and that the remaining teeth could be treated with fillings. The second dentist quoted me a fraction of the price I was given here. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major or expensive dental treatment. The staff at the new clinic also mentioned that many of their patients come to them for second opinions after receiving treatment plans from Dental Care, which made my experience feel even less isolated. To the dentists here, you guys should be more concerned about SAVING natural teeth than replacing them with fake teeth! I genuinely have no more words to express how betrayed I feel. I have used an alias to remain anonymous because I would not like to be contacted about this matter since I feel like I can no longer trust you guys at all.
