My first visit, complete X-rays, exam, consultation with Dr Coats and a cleaning (my first one in years-embarrassedly) with Michaela was a weight off of my anxiety ridden mind. Yet, I had a tad of trepidation with visit #2. There was no need. This was a non-evasive procedure. Jenny, Dr Coats' dental assistant, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The office uses state of the art technology. I know a bit about dental health providers and this entire practice and team has, so far, blown me away. Dr. Wallin and his staff of highly trained professionals ROCK!…read more I just moved to Longmont and have not even started looking for a new dentist yet. Do you believe in fate? I had a crown break and come off over the weekend. Searched the internet for dentists on Monday. Dr. Wallin had great reviews. I called and his office was closed until Tuesday. I was not in pain, so left a message expecting an appointment within a couple of weeks. Tuesday morning I receive a call from Dr. Wallin's office telling me they could fit me in at 11am that morning! When Dr. Wallin and his assistants examined by crown situation, he told me that they had a last minute cancellation and he would be able to fit me for a new crown right then!! Additionally, I explained that I was late for a cleaning. He checked with his Hygienist, and she said she would clean my teeth while I was there too! Less than 2 hours later I walked out following a full dental exam, complete set of new xrays, and a sonar teeth cleaning to boot. Dr. Wallin provided me with a full consultation about the condition of my teeth, gums and mouth. One of his nurses gave me an injection prior to preparing my new crown and I never felt even a pinch from the needle. The office manager fully explained all itemized costs prior to any procedures and what my insurance would cover. The prices were more than reasonable ( I have had plenty of dental work). I left the office feeling like I just met a bunch of new trustworthy friends who really cared about my health. Everyone was professional, polite, demonstrated experienced care, and extremely friendly. I am glad they had room to accept me as a new patient.

She performed both my dental exam and cleaning with up-to-date equipment in a spotless clean office. Importantly, she didn't sell me services I didn't want, like X-rays, even though she has all the equipment and years of experience with it, whereas all other local independent hygienists and dentists denied me dental cleaning without X-rays first. The entire experience with Kerri was professional yet relaxed, friendly, trustworthy, and I've already made my next appointment. The location is in an easy to reach professional building with lots of parking.
