Dr. Wallin and his robotic staff should be ashamed of themselves. He intentionally deceived me. I found Dr. Wallin 6000% untrustworthy.
He also told me to my face that me and my business are not "worth it" and has ignored multiple requests for my medical records (which he is obliged to give. Wonder what he's hiding). Such kindness has not been seen since Trump. I guess I should just be grateful he didn't put me in a migrant camp.
He couldn't have cared less about showing me the door after betraying my trust and refusing to complete the work I paid in full for. He promised to refund me a certain amount too, but so far..?? I filed a licensing complaint.
Also, it seems "Alisha R." in Longmont, CO-- a yelp user apparently from his office -- has harassedme on yelp, name calling me. How hateful :(
Wallin promised with Oscar-worthy "integrity" that he'd get things just the way I want. So I kept my appt. But it was all a lie. At said appt, he'd informed his ENTIRE office before I got there he would be dismissing me in that appointment. He told everyone BUT me, setting me up to be blindsighted. Staff did nothing too. Wallin acted like he was going to help me, knowing he knew he had no intention of keeping his promise.
He was working inside my skull, as I have come to believe now, lying to me that it was to check things so I could have it the way I want it, immediately removed his plastic gloves and said he had no intention of helping me. Makes me cry, thinking about how someone could do this to anyone on purpose.
It took me a while to "catch on" but what kind of unethical dentist does this with a trusting and vulnerable client? How awful to be so deliberately and carefully betrayed :( Apparently they PLANNED THIS OUT!
I know this because, on the way out, Stephanie the office manager was 100% clear that Wallin decided before my appt. that he was going to basically abandon me, knowing I had a crown that was making me miserable. I asked why bother to have me come in person? They know I drive a good way to get there too. WHY act like they were going to get it the way I like it if they had no intention of doing so? She simply barked "doctor's decision". No apology. You need a conscience for that.
His front desk meanie Sabrina (the one who always looks angry) seemed like she could care less if I almost got in a car accident on the way to the office. If you're in healthcare, you should have more of a caring personality than to yell at a patient "ARE YOU FOR REAL!" when you ask why she seems grumpy. But thanks for proving my point, you spiteful rate.
The women here appear to be in constant terror of stepping out of line with the doctor's many controlling demands. They can't make a single decision without his "permission". They don't trust you. Wallin always says things that don't pan out. Yet he demands you "trust" him.
He's the only dentist I've met who uses his staff to take initial emergency calls, and even complained about calling me back.
In his neglect and incompetance, I believe he also caused lasting perhaps permanent damage to my jaw and a nerve. Yet when I told him, he "forgot" to call me back for 2 days until I "reminded" him again. For poiltely bringing this to his attention, he seems to have given me the boot.
I'm horrified at how this business treated me. This victim mentality they seem to project is wearing thin. I tried to work things out repeatedly and my experience was that they very much gave me the message that the truth isn't welcome there and integrity is imagined. Are YOU guys for real?
There is nothing lower than to take advantage of the vulnerable, and then play victim. All I have to remember this place by is the pain in my jaw and the sting of betrayal. This place isn't worth it. It's definitely not worth it, having a backstabber work inside your skull. Blech so creepy!
No one in the world needs a narcissistic dentist like this and his Stepford wife office bots. I reckon the world would be a better place w/o deceptive businesses. I need to say this this is all my experiene and opinion, and be careful picking a dentist. It seems he'd rather sick attorneys on me than express accountability for his apparent incompetance. I'd also say, that I wouldn't recommend him to anyone-Except to Wallin himself. read more
