Dr. Wallin and his staff of highly trained professionals ROCK! I just moved to Longmont and have not even started looking for a new dentist yet. Do you believe in fate? I had a crown break and come off over the weekend. Searched the internet for dentists on Monday. Dr. Wallin had great reviews. I called and his office was closed until Tuesday. I was not in pain, so left a message expecting an appointment within a couple of weeks. Tuesday morning I receive a call from Dr. Wallin's office telling me they could fit me in at 11am that morning! When Dr. Wallin and his assistants examined by crown situation, he told me that they had a last minute cancellation and he would be able to fit me for a new crown right then!! Additionally, I explained that I was late for a cleaning. He checked with his Hygienist, and she said she would clean my teeth while I was there too! Less than 2 hours later I walked out following a full dental exam, complete set of new xrays, and a sonar teeth cleaning to boot. Dr. Wallin provided me with a full consultation about the condition of my teeth, gums and mouth. One of his nurses gave me an injection prior to preparing my new crown and I never felt even a pinch from the needle. The office manager fully explained all itemized costs prior to any procedures and what my insurance would cover. The prices were more than reasonable ( I have had plenty of dental work). I left the office feeling like I just met a bunch of new trustworthy friends who really cared about my health. Everyone was professional, polite, demonstrated experienced care, and extremely friendly. I am glad they had room to accept me as a new patient. read more

Communicated by email which is good for me. I have autism. Also elderly so don't do well on phone & I don't text. My dentist has retired. He was wonderful & I've seen him for 8 years. I have good teeth. Zero cavities. Never any gum disease. Have had cleanings every 6 months since age 20. All I need is a cleaning, which I told Sabina in contact form Needed appt. that fits with my husband's work schedule/days off. I do not drive due to health issues. Thus, I rely on him to drive me to/from appointments. Sabria suggested one date at 7 am on a Monday. That's my husband's day off & he likes to sleep late since he is elderly & still works fulltime. In that same email, she suggested another on a Th. at 11 am. My husband works Mon-Friday 8 am - 5pm. So can't do Th at 11 am I wrote back 7 am won't work due to husband wanting to sleep late on his days off. He is elderl & Exhausted from having to work. We are low income, surviving on soc security & his low wage job at Walmart. I suggested Any Mon/Tue after 11 & up to 7:00 pm. I also suggested any day of the week after 6:00 pm since husband works 8 am until 5:00 pm; home by 5:30 & eats dinner then; so free by 6:00 pm) Sabrina's curt reply was "Our office cannot meet your demands." These are not Demands, they are hours/days when I can set up an appt. Dr. Jack Dunn never had Any problems accomodating these hours/days. read more

Wow! This is hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to! I am literally writing this as 20 min post getting my wisdom teeth extracted. And I never thought I would say that it actually was a nice experience. I have needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted for over a decade and because of so many bad experiences with dentist, I was terrified to do it. I tried silver leaf for the first time in January of this year and almost had a panic attack in the office because I was so afraid. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind and talked me through the fear. Dr Kory let me know that he could extract my wisdom teeth and I was very resistant but because of great experience I received from the cleaning, I thought I would give it a go. Best decision ever! Old dentist retired; his replacement dentist took one look and said I'd need to replace old crowns, bridges, etc. for thousands of dollars of work. Saw the Yelp review for Silver Leaf and went in today. WOW. Clean modern office with snacks & water bottles in cooler. High-tech imaging followed by x-rays and friendly cleaning. Then met with Dr. Wallin who examined my teeth and said everything looked fine! He said he was struggling to find anything wrong! He is AN HONEST DENTIST!!! And the whole visit for New Patients is only $89!! Now my husband is going to switch to Dr Wallin too! read more

I'm always very cautious when picking out a dentist -- I've had some nightmare worthy past experiences. I chose Silver Leaf Dentistry because of their great reviews on Yelp, and I was immediately impressed when I walked in for my appointment. The waiting area is clean and trendy, and the front desk staff is extremely friendly. The business is up to date in the technology department as well; the forms were supplied on an ipad and took minimal effort. After a very short wait, I was brought back to the room. There was a large TV screen that projected my X-Rays as the hygienist took them. It was super interesting to see my mouth live. When I reclined for the cleaning portion, there was a smaller TV on the ceiling equipped with Netflix. I imagine they use this TV for kids and patients undergoing longer procedures. The cleaning its self was fast and painless. The hygienist took a closer look at a few of my teeth, but because I had a pretty clean history, the dentist decided it would be best to just watch the potentially problematic teeth overtime. Maybe this is oversharing, but I appreciate a dentist that doesn't push a bunch of unnecessary procedures on their patients. I left with clean teeth and a handful of goodies, including some fancy teeth whitening trays that I'm super excited to try. All in all, I would definitely recommend Silver Leaf Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist. read more

I second the review from Tessa C. I just came in today as a new patient and weary of the dentist experience and they made me feel welcomed and got me in asap. The waiting room was so nice and clean...made me feel like I was at a place that cares about hygiene, even for the office! Everyone was super nice and took care with my teeth. Dr. Wallin was super nice and told me the honest truth about some of my teeth and what needed to be done in a nice manner...I hate when people are condescending...yes, I know I have bad teeth...don't shame me! LOL. But he didn't do that, and I appreciate it. It was more of a "let's get them done at a plan that works for you." I feel good going back in next time knowing they weren't forcing me to do ALL of my teeth at once. I have had a dental office say "so we have an opening tomorrow....we can do 3 of your crowns at once!" ...yeah...that doesn't work. I still have to pay, right? :) I appreciate the communication as well - one reminder of visit. My last dentist in Longmont was AWFUL and called incessantly. I hadn't been to see a dentist in two years because I was unhappy with the previous dental office. I had heard good things about Silver Leaf, so decided to give it a try. Silver Leaf is fantastic. I didn't feel like I was being quickly pushed through like at the previous place. Everyone there was professional and friendly. Clean, quick, and extremely pleasant to deal with. I just moved to the area and found Silver Leaf Dentistry on Yelp. I am so happy to have found them. I had a great experience from the first call to schedule an appointment to leaving the office with my goody-bag of oral care. Shelby was the dental hygienist who took care of me and did my cleaning. She was phenomenal! She was quick, knowledgeable, and a real treat to talk to. The office has really high end and state of the art equipment. The imaging they did was they quickest and easiest I've ever experienced. Dr. Wallin was just what I was hoping for in a dentist. He was very clear and pragmatic. I'm still going here 2 years later and its just as good, if not better than before. Shelby was my dental hygienist and she was a pro with the tools and made my teeth sparkle. She has that balance between silence and chit-chat that few DH's have mastered, i felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time, at a dentist office that's amazing. I did have to wait a bit past my scheduled time, but a guy came in with a broken tooth or something so they fixed him right up and then i was next, which is how it should be. The snacks are greatly appreciated, but strange at a dentist office, i always snag a few for my pocket and eat them later :) Amy was great as always and they had a new person up front who i hadn't met before, she was super nice and even checked in on me while i was waiting to make sure i didn't need anything, top notch customer service! This place will be booming soon, you should be a patient if you already aren't. Too bad i'm moving or i would stick with Silver Leaf for life! My best friend is a dentist in Oregon, so i'm set, but i would consider flying back to Colorado for Dr. Wallin and his crew. read more

The waiting area is like sitting at home, the Netflix while being worked on is a great distraction, and everyone there is so understanding, helpful, caring and kind. I am a former Dental/Ortho Assistant so I am super picky about Dentists! Dr. Wallin checked off all my boxes and expectations of a dentist. He is professional, respectful, very skilled, detailed and friendly! I felt so welcome and comfortable in his office. He is sincere and wants what is best for his patients. He takes a conservative approach and won't do anything that isn't explained and discussed with you beforehand. His staff is kind and the office is beautiful and clean. Today was my first visit, and I just needed a cleaning. Shelby, Kate, and Dr Wallin were all great! I'm not so good with dentist visits, but everyone was patient, kind, friendly, and really professional. The office is beautiful! The technology is impressive, with both X-rays and photos taken of my teeth to show me areas of possible concern and things to watch out for (stain vs cavity). No pressure to buy anything or up charge to bleaching or other additional services, which I have to say was a refreshing change from previous places I've gone. This place is amazing! My husband, two kids (ages 4 and 1) came in for cleanings and we were treated tremendously. Both the doctor and the hygienist spent a ton of time with us and were especially great with the kids. They have a play area with snacks and a treasure box with real toys at the end of the visit. They'll play Netflix above the dental chair for the kids and really took their time to make sure they were comfortable. We left with free whitening kits and they later sent us gift cards to local eateries. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I haven't been to the dentist in six years (I know, shame on me) due to pretty severe dental anxiety that originated from bad childhood experiences. I submitted a request online for an appointment where I explained about my previous trauma, sensitive teeth, and dental anxiety, and received a very positive email back about how the entire staff would make sure I was comfortable during my appointment. I already knew I had a cavity, so I requested an extra long appointment so I could go ahead and have it filled so I wouldn't have to come back (let's be honest, it's a miracle I actually went in the first place so I didn't want to have to come back again for another appointment and get even more anxiety leading up to it.) They were very accommodating and set up the extra time after my cleaning to do any extra dental work. My dental hygienist, Shelby, was very thorough and articulate, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. It was confirmed that I had two cavities and Dr. Wallin fixed them up in record time, pain free. My experience has even alleviated a lot of the dental anxiety I had before, and I'm very thankful to them for that! I set up another cleaning for six months from now and will continue going to Silver Leaf Dentistry regularly. You should too! If you're reading this, stop putting it off!! read more

I am always pretty skeptical about finding a new dentist because I am familiar with this field, having worked in dentistry in the past. I felt pretty good when I walked into the office, not only be welcomed by Dr. Wallin himself, but to see such a beautiful office. I was here for a general cleaning, and exam. This took all of about an hour and a half, which is typical seeing how I was a new patient, had a cleaning, full mouth set of x-rays, and an exam. I had a great cleaning done by Shelby, who was gentle, but good! She got all the staining of my teeth, and my teeth felt so smooth! YAY! I then had my x-rays done by Kate the dental assistant who was also fantastic! Quick and painless x-rays are always the best! haha! Dr. Wallin then did my exam, and found no cavities or troubles with my mouth! Double YAY! He's a super sweet, genuine guy who seems to really take into account all his patients. Amy the office manager/front desk coordinator is also a sweet heart! She worked with me via email to schedule mine and my boyfriends appointments, and got us in asap! Love this place!
